Situation:
The GRENADA residence offers an exceptional view of the marine lake and the Pyrenees. You will not tire of this breathtaking landscape and the incredible sunsets over the Canigou.
This apartment is very popular with windsurfers because it directly overlooks the marine lake.
Large guarded parking is available to tenants, just behind the residence (Unnumbered spaces).
All amenities within the Cap Coudalère residence (Carrefour contact, bakery, several restaurants, ice cream parlours...)
As part of your rental, you will have access to the beach of Cap Coudalère, but also to the aquatic area (redone during the winter of 2021/2022) very close to the apartment with 3 pools, a 25m swimming pool, a 15m pool where you can practice aquagym and aqua-bike during the summer season but also a water play area for the little ones. The pool is open from mid-April to mid-October, it is free for all tenants on presentation of a card that is given to you on arrival.
