About this property

Country villa near the sea with small garden

The villa is located 500m from the beach of Osalla, and 3.5 km from the town of Orosei. It is located in a quiet area and surrounded by the silence of the countryside, ideal for a relaxing holiday in contact with nature.
The house consists of a spacious and bright living room / kitchen, furnished with a range of colors reminiscent of our sea and our land rich with objects and authentic handcrafted Sardinian fabrics.
A bedroom marimoniale with the ability to accommodate younger children because the house is equipped with a baby cot. In addition in the room there is a sofa and a pouf which can become beds. The bathroom with shower is enhanced by marble of Orosei, material widely and wisely used throughout the house.
Externally there is a large veranda facing the sea where you can enjoy delicious meals in a cool and shaded. The house is surrounded by a large garden with flowers and plants, and in the back of the house there are fruit trees and vegetables to which guests have free access.
In addition we offer linen (towels, sheets), beach umbrella, beach chairs and bicycles for adults and children.
From the house you can access only 50 meters per channel Osala that is part of the 89 sites to Community interest of Sardinia under the name SIC Swamp Osalla.

Wunderschöner Garten

Wir waren Ende März dort. Im Garten blühte alles und war wunderschön. Einziger Kritikpunkt. Der Kamin war nicht zu benutzen. Es qualmte und er zog nur, wenn man die Tür aufließ. Da dies ein wichtiger Punkt bei unserer Auswahl war, gibt es Punktabzug.

Sehr schön gelegenes Ferienhaus in wunderschöner Umgebung

Wir haben ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus auf einem super gepflegtem Grundstück vorgefunden. Dieses liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend etwas abseits vom Ort Orosei. 5 min zu Fuß zum Strand , einfach perfekt. Mit den Vermietern sehr guten Kontakt, war alles sehr gut vorbereitet einschließlich Anfahrtsbeschreibung. Werden vieleicht noch einmal wiederkommen. Danke...

Heerlijk huisje met gezellige veranda en tuin

Het huisje is gezellig ingericht en heeft een ruime veranda met een grote eettafel en lekkere ligbedden. In de leuke tuin zijn verschillende fruitbomen en nog andere zitplekjes. Met de aanwezige fietsen waren we binnen 5 minuten op het strand. Een fijne plek om tot rust te komen! (tip: op de camping bij het strand hebben ze heerlijke pasta con panna & salmone!)

Keurig , zeer leuk en overzichtelijk huis. Goed onderhouden. Leuk met de goed uitziende tuin. Stranden 3 min met de auto zijn ook prettig. Contact met de eigenaresse loopt goed. Dorpje 5 min met de auto. Fietsen is daar niet aan te raden. - punt.Wij hadden geen wifi en de wasmachine was onveilig. Dit zou de eigenaresse laten verhelpen. Totaal beeld een 7 tot 8

Die perfekte Ruheoase inmitten von viel Grün

Wir haben in diesem wunderschönen Haus die ersten Tage auf Sardinien verbracht und haben uns sofort in die Ruhe, den Strand und das Land verliebt. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Auf Anfrage hatten wir auch alles, was wir für unseren kleinen Sohn gebraucht haben. Besonders haben wir die beiden Terrassen und den Grill im Garten genossen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Peaceful and relaxing

The two of us had a lovely stay in this quiet villa. The garden is absolutely beautiful and the villa is a really good size, particularly just for two. There were mosquito nets on all the windows and the door, which meant we could sleep with the window open at night. We stayed at the end of May, intentionally for a walking holiday but it was quite hot, so we only managed three walks in our 8 days there. There are bicycles to use to cycle the three minutes to the beach, where there are pine trees should you need the shade. The sea was warm enough to swim in - I thought it would be much colder in May. We had a hire car, so could sightsee, and although you could cycle to Orosei, it is a few miles outside along a country lane, so you might not want to cycle home in the dark. There are really large quarries outside Orosei (we called it "Rock City") but it didn't impact on us down in Osala at all. The only time we remembered about it was when it rained and the chairs were left very dusty. The local restaurants weren't open when we were there, but looked to be opening soon. I was a bit concerned in case there would be a lot of mosquitoes as some web-sites advertise the area as a "swamp". This is not the case. Yes, there is a lagoon at the bottom of the lane (which can't be accessed from there, you have to go down the road a bit for that) but there were no more mosquitoes there than any other hot place I've been to. There are a couple of dogs around that sometimes bark, but even they are quietened sooner than dogs elsewhere. We had two new sunbeds provided, which were great, and the outdoor shower is both hot and cold, so you can cool down slowly, should you wish. As per most properties in Sardinia, there are no such things as kettles or teapots, so you have to heat your hot water for tea in a saucepan. (A coffee machine is provided.) I could have probably done with a couple more serving dishes, but that was a minor issue. All in all, a delightful place to stay, and I'm sure we'll be back.

Very calm and friendly

This is a very friendly and calm place in walking distance from the beach, situated in a marvellous orchard. The people are very friendly and helpful, and the house is very well equipped. We, a family of 4, can only recommend the place for a pleasant stay in the Orosei area.

Excellent séjour !

Nous sommes partis en couple avec une fille de 4 ans et demi et un bébé de 5 mois et demi . La maison est dans un cadre calme , non loin de la mer ( on l'entend le soir ) . On se sent facilement chez soi . Francesca et sa mère ont été adorables. Le golfe est magnifique avec des plages , non mentionnées dans les guides , superbes . Nous recommandons cette location .
