Island Vibe 6 es una casa recientemente renovada de dos dormitorios y dos baños con piscina climatizada, jardines tropicales y un patio privado. Tiene una pared compartida con la unidad de al lado. Ubicada en 311B 63rd Street en Holmes Beach, esta encantadora propiedad está cerca de la playa y en un barrio residencial muy tranquilo de Holmes Beach. También está a pocos pasos de las numerosas tiendas y restaurantes en el centro de Holmes Beach, así como del único parque para perros de la isla.

Week stay on Anna Maria

We loved our place for our week stay on Anna Maria! It was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. Beach equipment provided a short walk to the beach and our own private pool. Perfect for our family of 6, thank you!

Amazing stay!

This house was just described by the host and other reviewers. A cute, welcoming home with all necessary items in the kitchen, plenty of bath and beach towels, and a relaxing outdoor space! On day one, the host's beach umbrella broke and she replaced it that afternoon which was much appreciated! This was a wonderful first trip to AMI!

This is our 3rd year coming to AMI, we chose this place since it was pet friendly. This place was extremely clean, very comfortable and plenty of room for our family and dogs. Just a few blocks from the beach, we did rent a golf cart to zoom around and would recommend. Close to all areas on the island and easy to get to. The area was quiet and neighbors were respectful with noise. I appreciated the little things like, laundry soap, dishwasher pods and dawn soap available for our stay. Very thankful for the dog kennel that was provided and beach amenities in the building. We never felt like we needed to go to the store for anything other than our food. The host Cathy was very helpful and responded quickly to any question I had. We love AMI and enjoyed our time here very much!

One of the best

We usually stay in bigger houses with more family so we were a little worried about staying in a smaller home. Let me tell you this was one of if not the best we've stayed at. One review said its bigger than it looks in the pictures and that is very true. Would stay here again.

Great house and great vacation

Oh man, what a great trip we had! We have been coming to Anna Maria Island for years due to my family living in Bradenton, but this is only our second time actually staying on the island! We loved the location of this home. It was very centrally located and for us it was great because we were in the middle of all of our favorite places. The little Beach House is so cute and charming. Very, very clean, which is a very big standard of mine. Something really big for me as I have a four-year-old little girl who loves to run around and play on the floor, the floors were about as spotless as they could get. We loved the pool, it’s the perfect size. And something that I just thought was really cute was all the cabinet hardware is different sea creatures. My husband even said we would definitely come back and stay at this house!

Perfect place to relax and to have family time

The house is nice and has everything you need. It’s in an excellent location and close to beach, restaurants, supermarkets and you have access to a lot of outdoor activities. The manager is really nice, helpful and is always available.

Favorite Family Vacation!!

Island Vibe 6 is the perfect AMI property! The location is a perfect midway spot to access all of the island. The home is darling and appointed so well and even better in person! Every detail is considered to make our stay just wonderful! If I had a question or needed anything Cathy responded immediately and even ran over a couple fishing poles and pickleball paddies for us to use! Our teen sons had a blast catching a fish on Rod and Reel Pier with them! The pickleball court is new and just 2 min away right next to the dog park which was also convenient for our pup. We rented a golf cart which I highly recommend and just plugged it in in the driveway. So convenient and fun!! Having our own pool to cool off in after the beach and watch TV while floating was just awesome! A big hit with the teens!! This was our first ever family vacation to AMI and it won’t be our last! We are already making plans to stay at Island Vibe 6B next year! Thank you, Cathy and Sarah!!

Wonderful!

Very nice property well-stocked with everything you need, including lots of extra beach towels and a beach cart. Pool is great, our teens loved it. Very quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful island, terrific rental!

We had an excellent stay at Island Vibe 6. The owner, Cathy, was absolutely wonderful to work with. No problems at all with check in or check out. The home was spotlessly clean and decorated perfectly for a cute little beach cottage. We enjoyed the backyard so much. Had breakfast by the pool every morning. The pool was clean and at a nice temperature. There’s even a TV outside in the backyard and we had a movie night under the stars. The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood and is an easy 10 minute walk to a gorgeous beach. I would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone and we hope to visit again someday!

Peaceful oasis in a great location

This property offers peaceful, serene outdoor pool and patio space with plenty of privacy. The entire home was well stocked and every detail considered. The home is near many local restaurants and stores and within walking distance of the beach. Cathy, the owner left a beautiful note and was responsive and easy to work with. A perfect stay at a beautiful well-appointed home.

Ideal for a couple or family with dogs. Privacy Fence around backyard with small in-ground 88F heated pool. About 4 blocks to a great ocean beach, and 2 blocks to an excellent dog park. The host Cathy was the best EVER.

Amazing communication, immaculately clean

We had a great stay on our first trip to AMI. The house is a short 5-7 minute walk to a beautiful stretch of sandy beach and was also nicely situated in the middle of the island, just a few steps to the northbound trolley stop. The unit was immaculate, just as other reviewers mentioned. The kitchen was well-equipped and there were plenty of bath and beach towels. Since the weather wasn’t quite hot enough for the beach, we were happy to have the heated pool (although it would have been perfect at 1-2 degrees warmer) Communication was efficient and clear and our lovely host generously accommodated our arrival and departure times. Looking forward to a return trip to AMI when it’s warmer. Thank you for the hospitality!

Great location, excellent property

We really enjoyed our stay of 9 nights in August. The property felt bigger than we expected from the photos. It was spotlessly clean and very nicely furnished / decorated. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed and the grill out back was also great to cook on and then enjoy eating in the outside area. Lots of places to sit or lay outside to enjoy the sun along with plenty of shade if needed. Short walk to the beach with all the items to take to the beach provided. We wanted a place where you could walk to bars and restaurants and we were not disappointed. The property is in a quiet neighbourhood so best of both worlds. Enjoyed Duffy's which is low key and hurricane hanks. We used the free trolley to travel to other restaurants so only really needed our car to go off island. The host was excellent, great communication and answered any questions promptly. Looking forward to coming back in the future.

5 stars all around!!

Wanted a relaxing trip with a friend to get a break from our busy lives. This rental was the perfect place to do it!!! From the beginning Sara was so fantastic with communication. We were able to check in a little earlier which we were so excited about and thankful for the accommodation. The rental itself was so much better in person! It was much larger than we thought and the pool was so secluded. We were able to just relax and enjoy. We will definitely be renting here again, thank you Sara!!!

First time on Anna Maria Island

We had such a wonderful stay on Anna Maria Island. The house was perfect for us. Our daughter and her friend (teenagers) really enjoyed the pool. It’s a short walk to the beach. Close to restaurants. Sara was great to work with. It was a relaxing week thank you! Can’t wait to go back!
