Island Vibe 5 es una casa recientemente renovada de dos dormitorios y dos baños con piscina climatizada, jardines tropicales y un patio privado. Tiene una pared compartida con la unidad de al lado. Ubicada en 311A 63th Street en Holmes Beach, esta encantadora propiedad está cerca de la playa y en un barrio residencial muy tranquilo de Holmes Beach. Cathy was an amazing property manager. She got us in early and accommodated our later check out. The house was in great condition. Not a ton of kitchen cooking pots/ pans but that didn’t bother us since we mainly ate sandwiches at the beach and went out for dinners. Lots of essential needs- ziploc, soaps, shower needs, etc. That was a big plus! Everything worked great. Would absolutely rent again!

Paradise revisited

This is rhe third year that we have stayed at Island Vibe. We have vacationed on AMI for over 40 years and have stayed in a lot of locations. Simply put - we are always delighted with our Island Vibe experience. The unit is impeccable- tastefully decorated, immaculately cleaned and maintained, and extremely functional. It was even more amazing this year as we were well aware of the impact of Milton and Helene to AMI.The location is perfect - short walk/drive to beach and shops. The neighborhood is quiet; and, although a duplex, there was no noise between units. We vacation with two small dogs; and the location is perfect for our furry family members as well. There is a well fenced area in which they can roam and explore.I love the pool area. It is so inviting and the perfect plunge to end a day at the beach. There is a wonderful covered porch area to enjoy the outside in the shade.The unit comes with all beach "necessities" - chairs, umbrellas, and beach wagon. Inside - it is complete for all vacation living needs.Cathy is amazingly responsive and incredibly nice. She immediately has addressed requests and commu icates promptly. Her posiyive attitude and efficiency is another benefit to appreciate. Overall - we are already planning for a fourth year as my family thoroughly loves the Island Vibe experience.

Island Vibe 5 was perfect!!!

Our family of 4(two teens)had an amazing time in this cute little home. Island vibe had everything we needed for the week. So many of the little essentials were included along with all the needed beach items. Unless your item specific, you really dont need to bring a thing except your clothing. I cant say enough good things about the host. Cathy was amazing!! She was quick to answer all of my questions and checked in to make sure everything was satisfactory. We'd definitely stay here again!! Thanks for a great week in Island Vibe 5!! -The Lewis Family questions and e. , quicaquestions.

The BEST Ever!

This was the best place I think I've ever stayed!! WE LOVED IT!! VERY clean and spacious. Beds were comfy and relaxing.The kitchen had lots of space to cook In. The pool with TV and patio was a hit.Thimgs we couksnt haul from WV like beach canopy, chairs, toys etc. they even provided beach towels!! Our host was the best! She made sure we had everything we needed. She checked on us during the stay. She was very helpful and fast about returning communication. It was perfect for our family of four (2 adults 2 teens) This was our first time to AMI. We will definitely be back and plan to return to Island Vibe 5. Ty Cathy for being the. best host and making sure we had evergfgfggffgfgything we needed! We appreciate you!!

Beautiful home, close to beach!

This house is beautifully decorated and a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops! The pool is perfect for a dip after the beach! Host had everything we needed for the week. Plenty of beach stuff and towels. We will be back! Thank you for a great stay in Anna Maria!!

Wonderful Stay

This is a lovely spot on Anna Maria Island. Beautifully decorated, clean and well appointed. Just a short walk to the beach. Very nice backyard with a pool and plenty of lounge chairs. Great communication with Cathy the property manager. We had no issue at all but Cathy checked in to make sure we were good. I would definitely stay here again. Love the AMI vibe!

We stayed here 2 weeks. Everything was perfect. The host, Cathy, was great and was excellent with communications. Great property location with restaurants, shopping and the beach a short walk. We used the pool every day as the pool temp was nice and warm. A perfect stay. Thank You

A Perfect Spot!

This place was absolutely amazing! It was not only quaint and beautiful, but it was also in an awesome location with tons of beach perks to use! They had everything you’d need for some wonderful days at the beach! The pool was fantastic and refreshing! The house setup was ideal and had everything we needed! I would highly recommend Sara’s home! Our family can’t wait to return next year!

Great house, very clean!

This was the perfect house for our family of four. Great pool for hot afternoons, extremely clean, and everything you would need to walk to the beach. My only recommendation would be to go through the kitchen and really think about what people might need for cooking and baking. The nonstick pans were old and scratched, and there were no baking dishes. But other than that the house was well stocked, and we had a great visit. We would stay there again for sure!

Wonderful home in AMI!

This house was perfect! We had such a great time and it was one of the nicest rentals I’ve ever stayed in - so well stocked - towels, beach toys, kitchen and bath supplies, etc. and all in good shape. The location was great and the owner was very helpful and communicative in advance. We would definitely stay here again in the future - thank you!!!

Best vacation

The property was clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated and updated. The pool area was perfect for my 5 year old. We didn’t have to pack any beach chairs or umbrellas because it was all provided. This was our first trip to AMI and we had a blast between the beach and the pool. They also allowed us to bring our bigger dog, while most places have weight restrictions. We would definitely stay here again. We loved it here.

Two relaxing stay!

The property and location are perfect for a getaway on AMI. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this property! Very well maintained and close to all the local restaurants and shops.

What a great place!

We’ve been coming to the island for 30 years. This rental was perfect. Clean, close to beach, and it was well-stocked with hand soap, toilet paper, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc., most of which is never supplied in a rental on the island. The cleaner was super sweet (we ran into her upon arrival), as was the owner. The pool was on the small side, but it was perfect for us. Plenty of room for parking and the fridge actually kept food cold AND the ice maker rocked! That’s not common in our past rentals. We’d definitely stay here again, we’re actually thinking about booking it in the future. Couldn’t had been better! *you do share parking/duplex with other renters. The people who rented the other part of the duplex at the same time as us had different people coming and going constantly and we smelled weed a few different times. Kinda annoying but they were quiet, so it wasn’t a big deal.
