Island Vibe 2 es una casa recientemente renovada de tres dormitorios y dos baños con piscina climatizada, jardines tropicales y un patio privado. Tiene una pared compartida con la unidad de al lado. Ubicada en 308A 60th Street en Holmes Beach, esta encantadora propiedad está cerca de la playa y en un barrio residencial muy tranquilo de Holmes Beach. También está a un corto paseo de las numerosas tiendas y restaurantes en el centro de Holmes Beach, así como del único parque para perros de la isla.

Most relaxing vacation ever

It’s very rare that a place is nicer than it looks online, but this place is amazing! My family had the best time swimming at the pool after a day at the beach and a few days we just stayed at the house and relaxed. Couldn’t ask for a better place or better host!

Great vacation home!

We stayed in AMI after Christmas, NYE, and into January for a total of 10 days. This was a wonderful rental home for friends & family. We loved the outdoor area, clean bathrooms, comfy beds, and larger sized kitchen. The owner/ managers were easy to work with, had great communication, and our check in/out was simple. We had a wonderful time! We would rent this property again!

The property was very nice for the two of us. Unfortunately weather was awful and outdoor pool and amenities went unused. 15 stairs up and down should be a consideration for older folks!

Amazing place in AMI

My husband and I had a great time in AMI and staying at Island Vibe 2 Everything that we needed was at our fingertips. They even had shampoo/ conditioner and body wash. Everything that you needed for the short walk to the beautiful beach was provided as well. The pool area was a great place to relax and being pet friendly was a plus for us and our dachshunds. It was in a great location on the island. Close to shopping, the, beach and local restaurants.. we will be back!

Perfection!

This property is exactly as depicted in its listing; clean, comfortable, quiet neighborhood, short walk to the beach.The island is lovely even as they are still in recovery from the recent hurricane. However, do expect heavy traffic, especially during peak times. The beaches are absolutely beautiful! The property manager is very friendly, engaged and helpful. We will be booking this one again!

Great property

The house was great, clean, and very well-stocked. It had everything we needed, including a lot of little things that many vacation rentals lack and that people often forget to bring (like hand soap in the bathrooms and kitchen trash bags). There were also a lot of beach supplies and a cart for taking everything down to the water. It's in a quiet neighborhood, and the beach is about 6-8 minutes walk. Our host was very responsive and friendly. We'll definitely stay here again!

RELAXING

We had a very relaxing stay! Love AMI. The house worked out great - we loved the pool area! We had our grandson/baby along, so we spent a lot of time by the pool. (FYI: I usually never even look at houses that allow dogs, due to allergies. This house was VERY clean and you'd never know that dogs were allowed.)

Stay Here!!! You will not regret it!!

If I am honest, I am tempted to give this place 1 star simply because I want it always available to me!! But I cannot be selfish and have to say that this place was amazing!!! Stay here!!! It was clean and furnished so well! Gorgeous! The beds where so comfortable! They had everything we needed even down to the shampoo, conditioner and body wash!! They had beach towels and beach chairs with an umbrella and canopy! The pool area and patio with couches and tv where perfect! And the fact that they allowed us to bring our fur babies just topped it all off! What a wonderful week! We will be back as many times as we can go!!

Wonderful family vacation home

This home is beautiful!!! Clean inside and out. This home is perfect for family. It had everything you would need. Sara has ALL the beach gear you would need!! Just bring a towel and you are set. We had a wonderful night watching movies outside. We played games and the beach access is within walking distance. You are within walking distance to shopping and the best seafood. I can't say enough good things about this place!! I didn't want to leave. And I have to say this home is clean!! Great job to the house keeper!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!! Many memories made in this paradise!!

Amazing Property, equip perfectly just bring your clothes

Spent a week and this house is very comfortable with large bedrooms, a comfortable living area, a dining room, a kitchen, and two bathrooms all renovated, looks recently done within this year last year 22 or 23. Incredible private pool with a nice landscape, amazing outdoor terrace and BBQ area with TV, lights for night time, and a heated pool that heats the pool to a comfortable temperature. Great gaming room equipped with everything you need for the pool fun, Or beach. No need to bring umbrellas or beach chairs the house has like up to 10 to 12 to choose from with a beach tent option and a cart to bring to and from the beach. The beach is like 7 min walk just 5 blocks nice walk in the neighborhood. Also, you can drive and find parking. I was there Memorial weekend and found parking if 7 min walk is too much. Sara Host was great. Everything is as described and better. I will return, and my family will also return as new clients. Do not hesitate to rent this property. I was impressed and I’m being totally honest, I have never met Sara before but I will be a return client for sure next time.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Cathy’s beautiful home in Anna Maria! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.The house was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the layout was perfect for our family. We especially loved the outdoor living area by the pool. The pool was perfect, and we spent so much time enjoying the comfortable seating area with the couch and table. It was the ideal place to relax after a day at the beach.One of our favorite features was the downstairs game room. It was such a fun space for the kids to hang out, and having all of the extra beach equipment available was a huge bonus. It made our beach days so much easier!The location couldn’t have been better. We were just minutes from the beach, restaurants, and shopping, making it easy to enjoy everything Anna Maria has to offer.Most of all, Cathy was an exceptional host. Her communication was outstanding from start to finish, and she was always quick to respond whenever we had a question. She truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. One thoughtful touch that meant so much to my mom was that Cathy personally welcomed her two dogs, Callie and Tiger, in the check-in email. They are like family to my mom, and that small gesture made her feel so appreciated. The house was great but in need of maintenance, the sink in the kitchen handle kept falling off. The grill had to be replaced by the owner while we were staying there. The water pressure in the guest bathroom was very poor. The pool didn’t want to stay heated even though the owner came over to increase temp and reset timer. But overall we were happy with the home

Perfect stay!

My wife and I returned here for the 2nd time because of how perfect this house is for us. Ideal location next to restaurants and the beach. House is very clean and has all the amenities you need. Personally, I love the outdoor living room area to watch movies by the pool at night. Hopefully we’ll be back soon!

Fantastic

Had a fabulous two week stay coming from the UK.. Everything was perfect. House was spotless with lots of space for the four of us. The pool area was amazing with lots of sun beds, pool and beach toys etc. The house itself had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The beds were super comfy with lots of wardrobe space. Short walk to beach, shops, restaurants and trolley stop.. Overall a magical stay on the island and hope to make it back again soon and wouldn’t hesitate to book this house again!

Super clean and anything you needed was there!

The rental process was the smoothest and easiest one that I have ever had with VRBO. Towels, beach towels, and linens were all supplied, which hasn't been common practice in other homes I've stayed in. Sara made the process so simple. She even contacted me to let me know the house was ready and we didn't need to wait until normal check in time. Lots of beach gear, books, and games. Beautiful pool area! Would definitely stay here again. Nothing but positive things to say. Wonderful experience!

Spring Break 2022

Had a wonderful stay! Amazing stock of pool and beach toys and gear (bocce, floats, boogie boards, beach chairs) and the beach wagon was fabulous too. Rolled easily over sand even when loaded down. Loads of beach/pool towels too. Location was just what we needed as we commutes back and forth to IMG for our son’s scrimmages. Easy walking to some great restaurants and ice cream. Would definitely recommend!! Thanks Sara!!
