With 4 bedrooms including 1 master suite, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, reversible air conditioning with duct, and large open living space, piano, table football, fully equipped gym (rowing machine, treadmill, TV, weight training, elliptical trainer, ...)

Outside: swimming pool, barbecue/plancha, trampoline, swing, deckchairs, hammock, garden furniture on shaded terrace and table for 8-12 people.

The accommodation
Very bright house, and well insulated.
The house has a large living room and open kitchen, modern and fully equipped, with air conditioning: You will feel at home very quickly!
The entire accommodation, garden and swimming pool are private.

Bedroom 1, adjoining the living room with closure: master suite with queen size bed, and an en-suite bathroom with toilet and shower, as well as an office.

Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 2: bedroom with 1-seater bed, and the possibility of putting an extra mattress on the floor
- Bedroom 3: children's room with 1-seater bed, and an extension for a 2nd 1-seater bed
- Bedroom 4: with convertible sofa bed with real mattress for 2 people and smart TV

- Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, Air Fryer, food processor,...)
- Large living/dining room with table for 8 to 10 people.
- Laundry room with washing machine and dryer
- Fully equipped gym (punching bag, weight bench, abs, elliptical trainer, rowing machine, dumbbells, weights, ..)

The pool is secured by a heating bar cover.
Many activities possible in the garden (darts, mini table tennis, archery, trampoline, swing, idleness...)

Children will be able to play with the children's toys (we have 2 daughters aged 12 and 9). However, we will ask you not to handle fragile parts in the children's rooms.

We will leave you with Wifi access, 75-inch connected 4K TV, Home Cinema, Netflix, Disney+, Piano, table football..

Traveler access
The whole house is available. However, it will not be possible to enter your vehicle in our garage: cars can park in front of the house.
We do not promise to make all our personal belongings disappear in the house but we will do our best to give you the space necessary for your comfort for the duration of your stay.

Other remarks
Provision of sheets, towels, and everything necessary to keep the house clean and healthy during your stay.
