Pretty terrace shaded by a fig tree for convivial meals. Rejuvenating garden. Very pretty basin/swimming pool secured by a barrier, ideal for cooling off, several outdoor spaces for sunbathing, taking a nap, etc.
4 pleasant bedrooms, open kitchen on the terrace side with bay window.

The house is located in the heart of a charming village, close to shops.
20 minutes from the center of Montpellier and the beaches of Frontignan, 30 minutes from Sète, hiking in the scrubland, magnificent landscapes and historic places nearby... there is no shortage of activities nearby.
