Very bright, the house is open on one side to a south-facing garden with terrace and on the other side to a patio on the north side for a little freshness or sheltered from the wind for an aperitif on the terrace.
The house, 78m², is on one level.
The kitchen is well equipped and opens onto a 35m² living room with lounge and dining area. A corridor leads to 3 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms with 160cm beds, good bedding, and a bedroom ideal for children with 4 beds (2 bunk beds)), a bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink and a separate toilet with small sink.
There is also a laundry room with washer dryer, ironing board, broom cupboard and various accessories for the kitchen.
Enclosed garden, with lawn, and terrace furnished with table, chairs and deckchairs, facing south and overlooking the garden. Gas plancha.
On the other side, the living room opens onto a patio with a high table and high chairs, and garden furniture.

Ideally located: In the quiet area of Les Sableaux, 900m from the beach of Les Sableaux, 1.2km from the beach of the Dames and 1.4km from the castle and the town center of Noirmoutier en l'île (very nice path through the salt marshes in front of the house to reach the city center).
At the foot of the cycle paths leading to the marshes, the beaches or the town centre, you can find yourself in 5 minutes by bike in the city, at the market, or at the beach.

Possibility to park 1 to 2 cars.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (works entrance, gravel, toilet access)

Possibility to rent household linen from the concierge service (double set: 20€ / single set: 15€ / towel kit: 10€.
Baby seat, cot, potty available free of charge on request.

Max capacity of the house: 4 adults and 4 children or 6 adults and 2 children. Not suitable for 8 adults
Arrival time from 4pm / departure time before 10am. Weekend rental: possibility to leave on Sunday afternoon (only outside school holidays and/or if not rented afterwards).
July and August: rental from Saturday to Saturday only.
