Then our home on Anderson Island is the perfect place! There is hiking, biking, beach going, swimming, a golf course and disc golf, boating and the island has two fresh water lakes. Bring your kayaks and paddle boards. Or your boat and fishing poles. There is fresh water and salt water fishing available, just be safe...

It was nice & quiet at this location. Driveway super hard to find, address on VRBO site is incorrect. Bathroom wasn’t as cleaned as a hotel but it was fine. Felt like one one had been to the house for awhile. Hosts very nice, informative and courteous.

Our Mother - Daughter Retreat

We had a wonderful time in this very quiet and comfortable house. It is surrounded by trees and very private. Inside was plenty of room for everyone, including a 2 year old. Every year we get together to talk and laugh and have fun. Our stay on Anderson Island was perfect. And it is beautiful there.

Wonderful home! Well stocked with everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable and multiple blankets for extra warmth, if needed. I’ve been coming to AI for twenty years and this has been my families favorite home. We hope to visit again!

Absolutely beautiful!

The pictures of the house do not do it justice! The open floor plan make this home cozy but spacious, the back patio was great for us to sit and socialize while eating. The check in process was incredibly easy. So glad we stayed and will definitely be back!

Quiet stay

The host accurately describes the home as very quiet as it is tucked away on a secondary street with many trees. Very few neighbors. We have stayed here four times before.

Looking for peace and quiet

We wanted to escape the fireworks noise because it terrifies our dog. This place exceeded our hopes. The house makes a great first impression and is completely comfortable to hang out in.

Some quiet time after Christmas

Not only do we enjoy our home on the island, we have 5 adult children between us with an additional 5-7 grandkids, depending on what time of the upcoming year you ask.

We hope we have created a truly relaxing atmosphere where peace can be found.
