Premier Host: Cozy Family Cottage .

Charming one level 1940's stone cottage in the heart of Northern Virginia. Cozy and warm and only 20 minutes out of our nation's capital. Large yard for kids and outside entertaining. Outdoor amenities include two patio seating areas, a fire-pit, and a gas grill. Inside there is a gourmet kitchen, two fireplaces and a beautifully decorated living area. .
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We were in town for my grandfather's funeral at Arlington National Cemetery. Andrew was a fantastic host and very accommodating of my family. The house is lovely and well worth it if you need a place to stay in NOVA. The house was very clean, and the primary bedroom is amazing (with a gas fireplace, very cozy during the winter). Very nice house with all the amenities you need with easy access to dining and public transportation. Only drawback is the fireplace in livingroom is not available to use. Overall we were very satisfied with accommondations.

We loved this great cottage!

Clean, convenient, incredibly well stocked. This house had a very cozy neighborhood vibe but was extremely close to the highway which made travel to Tyson's corner and DC pretty easy. The hosts were excellent and we would happily stay here again soon.

This home is very cozy, fully stocked and very very clean. The kitchen was amazing and we enjoyed a gathering of cousins that lived nearby in the beautiful lite back yard and had everything we needed for serving seven family members. We had a wonderful stay and our small dog was so happy with all the fenced in area. My only regret is that we didn’t stay long enough. The host was easy to contact and very helpful. This is a great choice!

The property was perfect, had a beautiful fenced in yard for my daughter’s service dog. We needed wheelchair access and I was able to use a side entrance and lift her chair into the house. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots n pans, comfortable n cozy living room, and the master bedroom n bath is wonderful!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we’re in the area.

Lovely place. Very conformable beds and well equiped (except for ice or icetrays). Struggled a bit with lightswitchs, fans, and couldn't get local TV stations. Only disappointment was that we were too busy seeing DC sites that we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor space because it was amazing!
