Charming one level 1940's stone cottage in the heart of Northern Virginia. Cozy and warm and only 20 minutes out of our nation's capital. Large yard for kids and outside entertaining. Outdoor amenities include two patio seating areas, a fire-pit, and a gas grill. Inside there is a gourmet kitchen, two fireplaces and a beautifully decorated living area. .

Great time! In town for my son’s week at George Mason university for Worldstrides program. The house was very clean and close to highway easy access to many close areas like Alexandria and Washington DC.

Perfect house in the perfect location! Well equipped, comfortable and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Our family enjoyed several lovely evenings in the beautiful backyard. Drew answered all of our questions in a timely manner and made us feel very welcome.

We loved this great cottage!

Clean, convenient, incredibly well stocked. This house had a very cozy neighborhood vibe but was extremely close to the highway which made travel to Tyson's corner and DC pretty easy. The hosts were excellent and we would happily stay here again soon.

Beautiful home with great location

Really enjoyed our weekend stay. House was beautifully renovated and had an amazing backyard for our dog. Will definitely stay here again if/when we are in the area again. Owner did a great job communicating answers to questions we had.

DC wedding

Property was perfect for the 5 of us. Location was perfect, only minutes from family. Master bedroom and bath were fabulous. Back yard was gorgeous but it was 100 degrees so we didn't get to enjoy it.

Great place to stay.

Neighborhood is very nice and convenient to metro. Host is very accommodating. Everything we needed was in the house. Very clean. Very comfortable. Neighbors are great too.

Cottage Retreat

Drew's attention to detail was excellent with everything we needed at our fingertips. The pre-arrival communications were seamless, and we knew he was right on it if we needed anything during our stay. This property is an absolute do-over for a family gathering!

Great house with plenty of supplies. Perfect for any out of state visitors.

We loved the house and the location. The property manager was really nice. Great communication. I have to say this house is great for big families. The property manager makes sure everything is stocked and has plenty of supplies. Highly recommend this house for anyone traveling to Virginia.

Amazing Location!!

This house is located so close to everything and the price is unbeatable! The house is very well stocked and has meaningful upgrades! This house would be perfect for pets. 10/10 We will be staying again!

Awesome location!

Weekend trip to visit family in the area and were so excited to be able to stay in this wondeful home! The description was great but it actually exceeded our expectations. Very clean, beds were super comfortable, and the prime location made this cottage a total win for us.

DC Getaway

Our stay here was amazing. The master bath is to die for and the beds were very comfortable. Great location with just a short drive to the metro or downtown. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay outside the city

We enjoyed our stay in the cottage. Easy access to metro station to get around the city. We came for the Marine Corp Marathon. This cottage made our stay easy and comfortable! We would definitely recommend.

Washington Fall Trip

This home is by far the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in anywhere and well situated to travel via any type of transportation to DC for any and all sightseeing. Quiet area, comfortable and great kitchen. Also very comfortable beds. We would most definitely stay here again and recommend this home to friends. The owner communicates well Thank you Drew!

Beautiful cabin!

Selected this property since it was dog friendly but would stay here anytime- quaint cabin like feel , spacious four bedroom. Master suite is ideal with walkout to a beautiful backyard.

Perfect place for what we needed

My wife and a small group of friends stayed here over a weekend. I can’t say enough good things about this property. The house is beautiful and is in a good neighborhood. The patio and backyard area take it over the top. The host was very communicative. We made a great decision to stay here.

Great Place to Stay While Visiting DC

This home is a great place to stay! It’s a great neighborhood. Not only is the house spacious and the backyard is too! The kitchen has lots of room if you like to cook. The master bedroom and bathroom are great if you don’t travel light, like me. The bed will n the master is soft and comfy! Overall, this place gets 5 stars from me!

Spacious, comfortable, and luxurious house

We were really impressed with house and all of the amenities. It was very comfortable, clean, and beautiful all around. After daytime sight seeing and dining, it was a peaceful and restful space to relax in the evening.
