Nestled in the heart of the picturesque coastal community of Corona Del Mar, this charming bungalow exudes the classic charm of coastal living. With its prime location just a short walk to the Corona Del Mar State Beach as well as shops and restaurants. You will have access to sun, sand, and surf. This quaint vacation rental is the perfect escape.
The bungalow features two cozy bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind. This bungalow is a slice of vintage beachside living.

Corona del Mar, often referred to as CdM, is a picturesque and upscale coastal neighborhood located within the city of Newport Beach in Southern California. Known for its stunning natural beauty, charming village atmosphere, and luxurious real estate, CdM offers a unique blend of coastal living and vibrant community life. Here's a glimpse of what you can expect when exploring the neighborhood of Corona del Mar:
One of the primary attractions of CdM is its beautiful beaches. Main Beach and Big Corona Beach are the most popular, offering soft sandy shores, ideal for sunbathing, picnics, and swimming. Tide pools provide an opportunity for exploration, and the adjacent Crystal Cove State Park offers miles of pristine coastline and hiking trails.
Corona del Mar boasts a quaint village center along Pacific Coast Highway, lined with boutique shops, art galleries, and an array of dining options. Guests will have access to the front unit of the triplex. There is a private patio for this unit solely. A laundry room is on-premises and is shared with the 3 units in the triplex. One garage parking spot is allocated for Unit A which is shared with Unit C.

This is the front unit of a classic Corona Del Mar triplex. The triplex is situated on the ocean side of PCH in Corona Del Mar. This single-story, cozy, and charming residential property is well-appointed with modern amenities, which include updated appliances, a laundry room, central heating, and AIR conditioning. The layout comprises a central living area with an open floor plan living room, dining area, and kitchen. The two bedrooms are designed to provide privacy and comfort. The single bathroom is well-appointed with a shower, a sink, and a toilet. The living room offers a cozy place for relaxation. It has a large TV with streaming apps.
Outdoor Space: patio. Perfect for outdoor dining, relaxation, or BBQ, adding to the charm and functionality of the bungalow.

1. The apartment is near neighbors and the other units in the building.
2. Keep doors and windows secure from intrusions. Do not leave valuable in front or on walkways.
3. The laundry room is a shared space. Markon Semi owners are not responsible for any valuables lost or stolen from shared areas.
4. The garage is a shared space owner; Markon Semi is not responsible for anything lost or stolen from this common area. 
5. There is a Ring doorbell on the property.
6. Renter acknowledges that the rented property is not childproof. In addition, the property may have plate glass windows or features; the Renter should not expect tempered or safety glass throughout the property. The safety of children, therefore, depends on Renter. Personal supervision is required to avoid the risk of severe injury and/or death. Renter agrees to assume full responsibility for all risks to any children, as well as visitors, in the rented property, including without limitation, bodily injury, accident, illness, paralysis, death, or loss of personal property to the fullest extent permitted by law, irrespective of any alleged negligence by the Owner.
7. The property is close to neighbors. Construction occurs on many streets in the neighborhood, and the Owner is not responsible for any disturbance this may cause to the Guest.
8. Owners are not responsible for items left at the property after check out. When possible, if shipping is paid by the Guest, owners will mail forgotten items.

Property was absolutely wonderful. Often when coming to the area I will stay on the other side closer to Newport pier. Not anymore. This location was amazing; with an ability to walk to delicious coffee and food spots, and the short walk to the ocean, *chef’s kiss* it was perfection. Not to mention the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Highly recommend this place to anyone and my friends and I couldn’t agree more, that we will certainly be back. Host is also 10 out of 10 with phenomenal communication and providing details before I even had to ask. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

Beautiful and clean home, absolutely perfect for your SoCal vacation

We were tremendously impressed by the cleanliness, amenities, location, and quality of the home. We will absolutely stay here again as this is exactly what we were looking for on our trip. The host went above and beyond to cater to all guests and families. There was a baby monitor and night light in the guest room that just added the extra touches of care. We so appreciate the communication and attention to detail. Beautiful and lovely home. Truly a gem on here.

Girl's weekend

This is our 4th year staying at this location and every year it does not disappoint. A great location perfect to walk to restaurants, shops and beach. Can't wait to book next year as well.

Clean and ConvenientlyLocated Beach Unit

Thank you for opening up your property to us. We thoroughly enjoyed it. It was very clean with many useful amenities. We were able to walk to the coastal highway for dinner and breakfast easily. Also the walk to the beach was just as easy in the other direction. As it is January right now it was a little cold but my kids still went in the water. We were glad of the hose at the side of the unit and the access to a laundry room so we could wash the salt water out of their clothes. The only suggestion I have is to provide some tissues and more paper towels. It was very windy yesterday and we found that the air was dusty and we could have used some tissues as my kids were sneezing from the dust and sand blown around by the wind. Otherwise, we had a nice relaxing visit and plan on coming back in the future.

Beautiful and Convenient Location!

Really enjoyed our stay in CDM for my mom's birthday weekend! Loved the easy access to the beach areas, just a short walk through a lovely neighborhood, same for access to shops and restaurants. The property manager was so attentive and really went the extra mile when we had trouble entering the garage. She even reached out to remind us of the farmer's market that weekend. Super thoughtful! A little busy on the front street, but not overly noisy, and beachgoers are always happy and relaxed ;-) Having garage parking was a plus. Was pleased with the cleanliness and comfort, though there is only one bathroom, which wasn't clear in the description. In one part, it is described as having 1.5 bath. With four women, it was doable with the one bathroom for a weekend. Really a nice location, I will consider it on another visit, for sure! Thank you!

Wonderful place to stay

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The location is fabulous, near restaurants, the beach and shopping. One should know that the street is fairly busy and the bed was soft as we read from some other reviews. It is very clean.

Great place

Overall a good experience and the garage is a plus. The place had all the amenities needed. The only thing is that the bed in the master bedroom is way to soft for my liking. If there ia contruction going in around the homes the trucks driving by can be a bit noisy. Other than that recommend it.

Best experience, seriously

We travel frequently and have stayed at homes via VRBO and the similar services numerous times. We sometimes opted for hotels with "almost full kitchen" (no oven) when the (VRBO/similar services home) prices and conditions weren't good, or availability became very limited. With this home, I was very impressed with this home in terms of cleanliness (especially with shoes off policy, which I loved!), location, and kitchen was well-supplied (no gross scratched pans and pots, yay!) The hostess provided adequate dishwashing soap, new sponge, dish washer soap, paper towels, and toilet papers. This is definitely on my favorite list. Excellent hostess communication! I always appreciate communicating directly with hostess, who owns their home, not contracted through some management services with cookie cutter responses. Thank you, Jennifer, for providing such clean and warm home!

Newport Beach has been Southern California’s destination of choice for beach vacations. Our triplex is in an ideal location to make lasting happy memories. It is centrally located 1 block to the main beach and 1 block to exceptional restaurants and shops. Saturday mornings you will find our local Farmer's Market just a 1/2 block away. You can relax on the front patio or go a short walk to see the Pacific Ocean and watch the sunset. You just park your car and enjoy all the benefits of beach life. This triplex is a perfect place for that relaxing beach vacation or a midweek getaway.
