This is the front unit of a classic Corona del Mar triplex—think that perfect old-school CdM charm with a modern twist. It's right on the ocean side of PCH, so you're blocks from that iconic coastal vibe (waves crashing, sunsets on point, the whole deal). Single-story, cozy, and super charming, this spot feels like a little beach bungalow escape. It's got all the updated essentials you actually care about: fresh appliances in the kitchen, laundry room (no more laundromat life), central heat + AC (because SoCal summers don't mess around), and that sweet open floor plan where the living room, dining area, and kitchen all flow together seamlessly—perfect for chilling or working remotely. Two bedrooms that actually give you privacy and comfort, plus a well-done single bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet—clean, functional, no frills needed. The living room is your cozy HQ: big TV loaded with streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, whatever your vibe) log into your own account, so you can crash after a beach day or binge while the ocean breeze rolls in. Outdoor bonus: Private patio in front—ideal for morning coffee, al fresco dinners, firing up the BBQ, or just vibing with a book/podcast/sun. String lights, plants, ocean air... You get it.
