Ota kuorma pois perheen ja ystävien kanssa, kun yövyt tällä kauniilla TOPS'L-retriitillä, jossa on oma uima-allas ja terassi. Täydellinen keittiö on täynnä laitteita ja ruokia, jotka voivat pilata herkullisen aterian. Tarjoile juhlasi viehättävän ruokapöydän yli. Had Potential but was Dirty

The unit had so much potential, but missed the mark because it was so dirty. The floors seemed like they hadn’t been cleaned in awhile, so much so that anytime my nephew (1 y/o) crawled on the floor he was immediately covered in dirt. We found multiple cockroaches in one of the bedrooms too. The unit had everything we were hoping for as far as a kitchen to cook in with supplies, the pool and sunroom, and a big open living area for entertaining a family of 7, but the lack of cleanliness would deter us from staying in this unit again. The furniture in the common area was really uncomfortable and there were no pillows or blankets.

Great vacation home

The house was larger than we expected and was decently stocked. The private pool was well maintained and was a definite plus! My wife and daughter were excited to find that the clubhouse offered fitness classes and tried out yoga one morning. The house is about a 10-15 min walk to the beach and the shuttle service came directly to our door. The house could use a little updating but that was certainly not a show stopper.

Lots of room!

3 bedrooms with 3 attached bathrooms- large dining area inside and great screened in porch. We were able to really enjoy ourselves without being on top of one another. It was very clean and the private pool is amazing too. Will definitely be back!

Great big vacation home rental with pool

We loved this rental vacation home…10 plus 💯💯 We stayed one month and know this property well. Very safe, Very clean. Vacasa does a wonderful job with communication, check in was smooth…had wristbands ready to use the health club facilities. The housekeeper …very reliable cleans the home all day prior to arrivals. Description very accurate…lots of amenities. The location is perfect close the fitness and racquet courts.The beach access is a 10 min walk….beautiful white sand, clean beach, not overcrowded. Value was amazing….I did not want to leave. A truly restful, recharging home with excellent homey feel.

One of our favorite family vacation home!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The home was more then enough room for my family of 8. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook meals. We stayed there a week and cooked all our meals there at the home. Attached two car garage made it easy to load and unload grocery's and luggage's. Very friendly staff! It was a very nice walk to the beach. If we didn't want to walk, we called the tram and they picked us up right at our door step. Having our own pool was the best, kids swam all night. I swam early morning after a nice run on the Top'sl property. The Racket Club house was a very short walk and it was great adult time. They had a sauna, jacuzzi, a pool and workout area which is included with your stay . Bristol was a small restaurant @ the Racket Club that served breakfast daily a little pricey but worth it for some alone time with the husband! They had daily activities like, tie die shirts, mermaid swimming lesson and even a movie night in the pool with free popcorn. These activities were done down by the beach pool side where you also have access to. This property had so many amenities to offer that you really didn't have to leave the resort area. The Beach is beautiful, clear water and white sand. It was one of our family best, relaxing vacation. We didn't have to do much to entertain the kids. The property had everything for them to do. Down side, the pool didn't get cleaned. We had to call and asked them to clean it and it took them 3 days to finally come and clean the pool. The house is a little run down, but you can expect that from a family friendly rental. The Big attractions, restaurants and Crab island is located on the other end of the strip, a 30-45 min drive or longer with traffic. Other then that! Very beautiful, family friendly and relaxing home and resort area for the whole family to enjoy!

Quiet and spacious getaway.

We had a great time at Topsl resort. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for our group. The only complaint I have is the floor was pretty dirty. My sons feet were black on the bottom within minutes of arriving so we wore shoes/socks the whole time we were there. Other than that it was perfect. The pool warmed up enough for us to enjoy it toward the end of our trip and it was so nice to be able to call the tram to get a ride to/from the beach! The kitchen had all of the dishes/appliances we needed and there were plenty of towels/washcloths/toilet paper for us too. I would highly recommend staying here, we are considering coming back for another week soon!

Great vacation

We were so happy with this rental. It met all of our needs. The property itself was very clean and friendly. Our kids had a riot. The ONLY suggestion I have to make is to heat the pool. Our kids would have used the little private pool more if it was warm.

Destin Fun!

Overall a wonderful experience! The house was so nice. It was more than enough room for the 8 of us. It had everything we needed and was very clean. The master bedroom bathroom was huge. The private pool was AMAZING! The property staff came by each morning to clean the pool out for us. Short walk to the beach. Trash pick up each day right from the curb. We will be returning to this house whenever we visit Miramar Beach.

Fun family house

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at 82 Sierra Dunes. We vacationed with our three adult children and our two year old granddaughter. The house was very livable and we especially enjoyed the pool though it probably needs to be resurfaced. The walk to the beach was short and good food options were close by. We gave a four star rating but wanted to give 3.5 because the house needed some modern upgrades. The bathrooms were outdated (though the water pressure was great) as was the kitchen. The surfaces were worn in both. The beds were not very comfortable, and the patio, while a lovely feature, had holes in the screen and fingernail clippings on the floor. It would have been nice to have a guide book for the amenities and how-tos-like trash pickup, beach access, etc. The television sizes were inadequate for the size of the bedroom. Also, the wifi password was ridiculously long. While this may seem negative, we just wanted to point out the things that would have made our stay exceptional. We enjoyed our family time and would definitely return with some upgrades. It was especially nice having a private pool during this time of COVID-19.
