Ground floor: living/dining room with a large fireplace, separate kitchen, laundry room, and shower room/WC.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1-2: 160x200 cm bed, 3: 2 single beds 90x190 cm), bathroom/WC.
Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, DVD player, radio, hairdryer, washing machine, baby equipment.
Not included: electricity, electric heating, firewood, bed linen, towels. Mandatory cleaning fee for business clients (€90).
La Baule 25 km, St Nazaire 15 km, Gulf of Morbihan 40 km, Nantes 50 km.
