Rental: 130 m² of a house in a quiet location (on a dead-end road) between the waterfront, Brière, and the salt marshes, about 3 km from the beach (partly via a bike path).

On the first floor:
• Living room: lounge (TV + DVD player) with triple west-facing floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the terrace
• Kitchen open to the living room (refrigerator, microwave, conventional oven, dishwasher, capsule coffee maker, drip coffee maker, Sodastream, and toaster)
• Dining room with double south-facing picture windows opening onto the terrace
• Utility room (laundry room) with washing machine, dryer, freezer, and a second refrigerator
• One bedroom with a 140-cm double bed + en suite bathroom (bathtub-shower combo + double sinks), separate toilet

• Two gardens: the main garden, approximately 800 m², features a table, chairs, lounge chairs, and patio furniture for your enjoyment during your stay. Summer kitchen (covered patio) with a large table and built-in grill. Small garden separating the house from the street

Restrictions and recommendations:
• Bedding is provided and included in the rate (towels not provided)
• Cleaning included in the rate
• The rental must be returned clean and in good condition (dishes, bedding, outdoor furniture)
• No large parties
• Pets are not allowed
• Use of the living room fireplace is not permitted
• Vacation vouchers are not accepted.

• A brochure briefly describing the surrounding area (supermarkets, hospitals, etc., as well as sightseeing and activities) is available in the house
• La Baule Beach is about 3 km away (partly accessible by bike path)
• Barrière International Golf Course, about 2 km away
• Various hypermarkets (in La Baule or Guérande), about 5 km away
• The town of Escoublac, about 1 km away: bakery, convenience store, pharmacy, hair salon, bookstore, post office, and ATM.
