The breathtaking views of the crystal-clear water of beautiful Bull Shoals Lake and Bull Shoals Dam beckon for you to begin your vacation fun. This 1500 square-foot home, plus a 575 square-foot game room, has accommodations for up to 8 guests. Perfectly located for convenience, public marinas and boat launches are just 5 minutes away. Within 10 minutes, you can be at the edge of the world-famous White River to enjoy some of the best trout fishing in America.
THE PROPERTY
The moment you step on the front porch the views of Howard Creek area of the lake and Bull Shoals Dam will amaze you. The home offers a modern decor with an open concept to enjoy great fellowship or family time. Start the fireplace for chilly evenings in the living room or enjoy private time in the glassed-in sunroom. Relax on the outdoor deck to view show-stopping sunsets while grilling and sharing stories of the day or enjoy the fire pit with the family toasting s’mores. Test your skills with a game of corn hole while the gang cheers you on.
Enjoy the fully furnished kitchen with spectacular lake views, 3 bar stools nestled around the island bar plus a dining table to share the day’s adventures. A washer and dryer are available. The master bedroom offers a private bath, large walk-in closet, TV with stunning views of the lake. The second and third bedrooms both offer a Queen bed and TV (there is also an air mattress for an extra guest or two that can be set up in the sunroom. Have fun in the game room complete with ping pong table, darts, table games and a 55-inch TV.
THE LOCATION
Don't forget your lake or river boat to maximize your stay. If you don’t have a boat, you can easily rent a fishing, ski or pontoon boat, Jet Ski, or pontoon for the day at Lakeview marina or Bull Shoals Lake Boat dock minutes away. There are several locations to bank fish on the lake and river or if you’re looking for a trip of a lifetime try a guided half- or full-day trip on the White River!
Be sure to check out Bull Shoals-White River State Park just down the road. The park, a free product of Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage & Tourism, is well worth a visit. The park offers hiking and biking tails, summer interpretive programs for children and adults, camping sites and the James A. Gaston Visitor Center. The center includes info on Bull Shoals Dam, a movie about the White River and museum displays. Bull Shoals Theater of the Arts offers a variety of different entertainment. Bull Shoals Caverns and Mountain Village 1890 is just 10 minutes away. Or bowl a game or two at Bull Shoals Lanes. The Twin Lakes Area also has various craft malls and antique stores.
For fine dining with a casual atmosphere, try Gaston’s Restaurant overlooking the White River or the 178 Club in Bull Shoals. For more casual food, Beacon Point, Hank & Kate’s Bakery, Connie’s Restaurant Bush’s Pizza and Laura’s Mexican Kitchen all are within 10 minutes. Comfy Cozy Stay with Fabulous views

The house was so comfy and clean. The owners show hospitality with s’mores, fresh dough bread and a family friendly home with an amazing view of the lake. We saw fireworks that lit up the sky and also had time to just fully enjoy nature. Will absolutely use them again!

This place is great! We can’t wait to come stay again and enjoy all this house has to offer. The garage is great, our kids enjoyed ping pong, board games and darts. We had a fire and roasted s’mores with a beautiful sunset view of the lake in the background. Close proximity to marina where we stored our boat and lots of sun and fun on the lake. Stay was perfect!

Beautiful home and great management

We picked this place because of the views and they didn’t disappoint. The home was very clean and fit our two family with a total 7 perfectly. The lake was beautiful and if you do the trout fishing go through Greg’s guide and ask for Tim. The caverns were a great place. Our favorite place to eat was Gaston’s but you need a reservation if possible. Thanks for the wonderful vacation place you’ve created.

What a wonderful place to come and disconnect from all the stress. View of the lake is incredible. Caught our limit and more on the river. Explored the lake in a rented boat and played golf on Big Creek which was in great shape. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Well cared for home with an incredible view of the lake. Home is clean and comfortable and the neighborhood is incredibly quiet. Games and ping pong in the garage were a hit. There were nine or so deer in the yard in the morning. Extras like a fizzy drinks and snacks were a bonus.

Quiet area and beautiful views!

The property was unassuming on the outside but well decorated on the inside. The view of the lake was unobstructed and beautiful. We had a small issue with the garage door the first night and they had someone at the house the next morning to fix it. The house was generally very clean (the ceiling fans could have used some attention) and had everything we needed! We used all aspects of the game room - that was a very nice bonus. It took a bit of work but we found a nearby street that gave us more lake views on our morning walks. And there were lots of deer around too. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Home With Amazing View

Don't pass up this house! It is true to it's listing and the pictures are 100% accurate. Very lovely home, beautifully decorated, plenty of room for a family or group of people. My husband and I stayed with our two dogs and felt like we were at home. You have everything you need to be comfortable and entertained in this house. Everything is easy to use and find. Sitting on the deck and watching the sunset is amazing. Each morning a family of deer make their way through the front yard giving you a taste of nature. This home was very clean and well stocked. It is in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Absolutely a fantastic experience!

The Perfect Lakehouse

Everything was perfect about our stay and this house. The photography for the listing is beautiful, but seeing the view in person is 1000 times better! I loved having all the large windows and being able to see it all the time was wonderful. The house was super clean and everything looked freshly remodeled and well decorated. The beds and furniture are all very comfortable. The house is well stocked with everything you will need, including extra toilet paper and trash bags. We saw soooo many deer (also chipmunks). Every time we were outside we saw deer. We really enjoyed being outside at sunset and watching the fireflies buzz around with the campfire going. The bird feeder was also really nice. I also really appreciate that there are so many places to hang out. The garage was really cool. but the front deck, yard, backyard, sunroom, and the living room offered plenty of space for my large family. The neighborhood is really nice, be prepared to wave when you pass people by. We rented a boat at the lake for 3 days, and it was much cheaper than we are used to playing. We snorkeled and were amazed at how clear the lake is and all of the fish we saw. I also highly recommend going to Buffalo River National Park. Google that if you are not familiar! Overall we are very pleased with this house and the property owners. We would stay again and recommend this place for anyone!

We've been fortunate to raise our daughters here and continue to enjoy boating & fishing on Bull Shoals Lake & the White River with family & friends. We live in Lakeview and are the owners of Beaman Realty.

Why they chose this property

We purchased the home because the views of Bull Shoals Lake, Bull Shoals Dam and the sunsets are spectacular. We felt after an extensive remodel we decided to share the home to vacationers coming to the Bull Shoals Lake to enjoy creating memories of a lifetime.

What makes this property unique

After clearing the land across the street the views opened up and were amazing. The lake views of Howard Creek, Promise land, Bull Shoals Dam and the sunsets says it all! You can even watch the area's firework show on the deck.
