La Ti Balisier is a traditional, comfortable wooden villa located in the town of Sainte-Anne, at the southern tip of Martinique. It is situated in the Crève-Cœur area, not far from the famous peak of the same name. The louvered windows provide pleasant ventilation.

La Ti Balisier’s ideal location makes it easy to explore Martinique’s most beautiful beaches, as it’s just a few minutes’ drive to Anse Michel, Anse des Salines, Anse Trabaud, Pointe Marin, and more.

La Ti Balisier is located at the foot of a coconut tree. The covered terrace is perfect for dining outdoors or enjoying an aperitif. You can relax by the pool after a day at the beach.

The kitchen is equipped with a hob, a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave, and a dishwasher.

A toaster, coffee maker, and juicer are at your disposal, as well as a full set of dishes, glasses, silverware, and kitchen utensils, plus a cooler to take your cold drinks with you on outings.

You can enjoy the TV or the Wi-Fi network.

Each of the two bedrooms features a double bed (160 cm) with a hanging mosquito net. They are equipped with air conditioning for added comfort.

The bathroom includes a shower, a sink with a mirror, and a toilet.
