Casa del Nobile

Casa del Nobile is situated inside an historically important building in the town center of Cefalù, just 100 meters from the sandy beaches and 50 meters from the main square "Piazza Duomo".

Casa del Nobile (second floor) is a very comfortable apartment, well suited for an enjoyable vacation in this wonderful town. You will be able to relax in a calm setting away from traffic and you will have shops and restaurants close by. The apartment is beautifully furnished and offers a stunning view of the sea from the living room. It also features a kitchen, a double bedroom having a little french balcony, another bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower and another bathroom with bathtub.

Please be aware that the Municipality of Cefalù requires a mandatory tourist tax of 2 euro/person per night, starting from 13 years old, for a maximum of 5 nights (in case of longer reservations the remaining nights will not be charged)

Posizione ideale al centro di Cefalù l'appartamento necessita di manuntenzione

La casa e deliziosa e comoda ma sarebbe utile fare qualche lavoro di manutenzione per rinnovare le strutture nel bagno e cucina e sostituire i materassi singoli. Abbiamo molto apprezzato l' arredamento antico di gusto. La posizione al centro della città e splendida e comoda per raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia o piazza del Duomo. Sergio molto gentilmente ci ha guidato sul soggiorno. Grazie

Definitely a tourist town! Don't expect friendly locals unless you are spending euro.

On three occasions we were given Mexican pesos instead of euro by local shops so make sure to count change before you leave store. Big $ difference. Apartment manager Sergio ...beware! Does not explain all that you need to know about until you get there or when you have a problem don't expect help from him. More like bait and switch!! We spent a month in 9 cities and this was most unfriendly. Not what I have experienced before from Italians and our family is from Sicily.

Dear Frank, you are being particularly unfair with us and especially with me (Sergio) because we have given you a lot of info before and throughout your stay. As e-mails can proove, i have personally sent you all details on how to get keys, which numbers to call and what to do with your car in order to make the arrival as smooth as possible. By the way, it seems like you didn't pay attention to what i have written, and neither you have listened to what i have told you when you stopped by the office, this is the only reason why you've got a fine for keeping your car inside the old town for too long, despite the several warnings i have given about police being very strict on the traffic closure times. Without mentioning that it's pretty hard to find Mexicans in here, which means that this pesos story it's hard to believe.
