When you contacted me, I walked you through the steps over the phone, and the lockbox opened immediately with no adjustments or malfunctions. This is the same generic lockbox that our cleaning crew and prior guests have used seamlessly for years. We always aim to assist immediately whenever a guest reaches out. Regarding the property, we take great pride in our 2.5-acre lot and ensure that the acreage, location, and clear photos are accurately detailed in our listing so guests know exactly what to expect before booking. In my experience, I diligently reached out via email, text, and various points of contact both before, during, and after the stay. Regrettably, I never received any notification that there were issues with the property – in fact, the feedback I initially received indicated quite the opposite. It's important to note that Jarod wasn't the guest; rather, it was three workers, and I had also messaged them directly. To ensure a seamless experience, we even arranged for a cleaner to visit on the same day as their stay. I genuinely value open communication and if there had been any problems, I would have greatly appreciated the opportunity to address them promptly to improve their experience and that of future guests. I must express my disappointment in the breakdown of communication during this stay.
