This a very nice modern house with 2 good bathrooms, excellent beds & a good kitchen. Good location for visiting Telluride, Silverton & Grand Junction, as well as the black canyon.

Great Mountain Views

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious. The location was perfect for access to necessities in Montrose and the hiking and Jeeping trails in Ouray and Telluride.

Another excellent stay!

After staying here in May, we just had to book again for our family Thanksgiving trip. Once again we enjoyed a wonderful stay at a very clean property. Had everything we needed and then some. Excellent location, amenities, etc. You really can't go wrong on this property!

Great Family Getaway!

Very clean property with beautiful mountain views. Plenty of room for our family of seven. Especially loved the back patio with barbeque pit. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful and clean place to stay. The yard was superb and the home was bordered by a hay feilds and pasture for horses. We cannot wait until we get back to this rental. It is a great place to base camp from to explore the mining districts of the mountains and the colorful desert canyons-and less than 20 minutes from Black Canyon NP. A Great VRBO Rental!!!

Fantastic Home and Location

Great central location for the Montrose CO area

Very nice, clean, yard wonderful for outdoor activities and nice to let the dog roam safely. Follow host's directions specifically to find the location.

Jeeping in the San Juans

Nice house , great fenced in yard

The house was very clean and updated , since I had dogs with us the fenced in yard was wonderful. We stayed here due to all the hiking locations under 1 hr drive. It was nice not to be right in the middle of a town or housing track

Most Excellent!

This property was perfect for our travels to Western Colorado. Clean, easy to find, wonderful amenities, and excellent communication. It would take some thought to find a considerable fault in the place. We will be eager to stay here again when we come back to the area.

Mtn view getaway

Casual rural home- works for golf courses in the area along with visit to Black Canyon NP and about a 1 hr drive to Colorado wineries near Grand Junction.Prioperty is in process of improvements. Owner easy to deal with.

Convenient Location

This is a fairly well maintained property. It was very clean, with comfortable accomodations. My only issues were with a very poorly equipped kitchen and the patio furniture was in very poor state. That being said, this would be a great place for families who want to be close to Black Canyon NP but are planning more on restaurant eating.
