The location is perfect (near the beach, near the shops), the apartment is big, luminous, clean and very well equipped. We enjoyed a very nice stay in the Touquet

Schönes Objekt, das etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist

Eine charmant u. stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, die etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Wohnung wirkte schmuddelig bzw. schlecht gereinigt (alte Taschentücher unter dem Bett, vergessene Nuckel, Flecken auf den Matratzenschonern, ziemlich viel Sand im Wohnzimmer). Manche Türklinken klemmen oder Tür quietscht, die Dielen knarzen hier und da, manche Stühle wackeln so, dass sie unbenutzbar sind) usw. Keine Lüftung in der Toilette.Achtung: Entgegen der Beschreibung (Stand 2025) "Bettwäsche wird GESTELLT" muss die Bettwäsche gemietet werden. Die Wohnung ist für 7 Leute ausgelegt. Wir waren 7, davon 3 Kinder. Das 3. Kinderbett ist ein Ausziehbett. Wenn es ausgezogen ist, geht die Tür nicht mehr auf ... das sollte man bedenken ... Check-in läuft mit Termin über eine Agentur, wenn man früher da ist, muss man entsprechend warten ... Positiv: bequeme Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche, Bäder sind renoviert und waren sauber (aber Wasserdruck ist recht niedrig, zumindest im hinteren Badezimmer). Auch die Lage ist natürlich super, 5 min vom Strand entfernt. Allerdings ist Parken sehr teuer (Wohnung liegt in der roten Zone, nur wenige 100 m weiter beginnt die grüne Zone, was schon mal günstiger ist. Freies Parken am Tennisplatz, ca. 1 km entfernt, ist NICHT mehr möglich. Auch hier zahlt man [wohl seit kurzem]).Tipp: Oropax mitehmen. Möwen waren auch nachts sehr laut.Trotz dieser kleinen Mängel haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen und empfehlen das Objekt weiter.

Appartement extrêmement bien situé, à 2 pas de la rue Saint Jean, et à 1mn30 à pied de la digue. Commerces à 50m, tout à proximité pour profiter du centre et de la plage du Touquet. Appartement spacieux et lumineux, au 2eme étage sans ascenseur. Extrêmement bien agencé, literie confortable, très très bien équipé. Bref, il fera votre bonheur !

Parfaitement situé et très agréable à vivre, il y a tout l'équipement nécessaire... Le seul bémol est le voisin du dessus ... beaucoup de bruit, mais difficile d'en rendre rigueur au propriétaire de l'appartement !

Great Appartement - hot in summer afternoons

All in all a great stay! Only the lack of window shades means receiving the afternoon/evening sun unblocked. This means high temperatures in the appartment during summertime.

Très bien placé au centre ville et proche plage. Tout se fait à pieds. Appartement lumineux avec grand séjour très agréable. Nous venions télétravailler au grand air en alternant ballades et shopping, C'est réussi.
