Located in the charming hamlet of Villarbon, this recently completed chalet of 130m² is fully equipped (5 FLOCONS OR). Just a 2km drive and 1km walk from the famous ski-resort of Saint Martin de Belleville and the 3 Vallées ski lifts where you will enjoy the mountain pleasures both summer and winter.

In addition to winter sports, many activities are also available in the summer: mountaineering, hiking, via ferrata, horse riding, mountain biking, rafting, fishing, etc.

The chalet has 2 large bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds and 1 bedroom with bunk beds and single bed, all 4 with direct views of the mountains and the pretty Valley of The Encombres. Two shower rooms, a spacious bathroom, a bright living room under exposed woodframe with wood stove, a dining room overlooking an american kitchen with bar and west-oriented balcony as well as a 38 m2 south-west facing terrace with solar tent offering possibility of dining outdoors will make your stay an unforgettable experience.

At the chalet: ski room with shoe dryer and glove dryer, TV, wifi, fully equipped kitchen , percolator, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, raclette & fondue appliances, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, baby travel bed and baby chair, board games, floor heating,...

The chalet has a parking space in front. In addition, there are free parking places availble at the entrance to the village (25m away).

Thanks to its many assets, the "soFlo" chalet welcomes you with comfort in the relaxing environment of an authentic mountain village at the gates of the largest ski area in the world.

Chalet layout:
On the ground floor: entrance hall, a room with 2 single beds and a shower room, laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well as a perfectly secure ski room equipped with a shoe/glove heater (10pairs).

On the first floor: night hall, a bedroom with double bed and shower room, a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with bunk beds and single bed as well as a spacious bathroom. All rooms have access to the terrace of 38m2 in total, it is oriented south-west with a view of the mountains.

On the top floor: bright living room under exposed woodframe with wood-burning stove and access to the west-facing balcony (6m2), dining room overlooking a fully equipped american kitchen and bar.

Surroundings: The chalet is a four-fronted building (130m2 of living space) with a 3m clearance from neighbouring houses, an outdoor parking space on the ground floor and is located 25m from the village car park (free).

This beautiful chalet will welcome you with comfort (TV, wifi, underfloor heating, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, bed and baby chair, ...) and direct view of the mountain.

Located in the peaceful village of Villarbon, you will enjoy the privilege of having a superb chalet sheltered from the tumult of the skilifts while being at 2 km (1 km walk) from the heart of the sought-after resort of Saint-Martin de Belleville.

It is possible to organize autonomous (contactless) arrival on request.

Remark: please note that cleaning of the dishes and the disposal of household waste is not included in the end-of-stay cleaning option and shall be carried out by the Guest in any case. The Guest is also requested to collect all houselinen on the beds before departure.
