Sweet T's near UT, Great Smokey Mountains, Oak Ridge, or Norris Lake!

Located off the fast paced Knoxville life style yet 15 minutes from downtown Oak Ridge or your favorite UT venue and 40 minutes from our Great Smokey Mountains!! Half hour quick drive to Wind Rock too. You will not want to leave!
Great for business stays/solo travelers/families.
Your safety is important, the yard is fenced and secure and it is a no smoking property. The enclosed covered porch is cozy and complete with a swing, glider and ambiance that includes string lighting & throws.
Your well behaved, potty trained fur baby of 40 pounds or less is welcome (with a pet fee of course).
We added a mini fort, complete with a sand box, slide and toddler size rock wall! (PLEASE remember children must be accompanied by an adult as we assume no responsibility for accidents).
The kitchen has full size Fridge/Freezer with ice maker, Dish washer, Stove top with Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Plates, Bowls, everything you need to create a dinner worthy of your family.
From the coffee bar to the adjoining rooms to the comfy beds, you will love the easy flow and relaxing atmosphere enough to make memories that will last a lifetime!

Regatta success

I took some teenagers to row in a youth regatta, and this was the perfect spot for us to crash after long days at the lake. The house is small, but the space is used well and is immaculately clean. We had everything we needed for our weekend stay, and the location was very convenient for our event at Melton Lake. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a very pleasant stay. This was a nice house in a quite area. The location was great because it was out of heavy traffic but easy access to downtown Knoxville. We had everything we needed in the house and the beds were comfortable. The fenced yard was also great for our pups.
