1 kitchenette equipped with electric oven, hob 3 induction fires, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher -
1 double bedroom in 160cm for 2 people with duvet and TV -
1 double bedroom in 140cm for 2 people with duvet -
1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet -
Free WIFI. Heating package of 20 €/week from October to May. Ground floor apartment. Electric heating. Free public parking in the street or 200m. Washing machine. Dryer. Very good condition (maintenance and painting). Furnished tourism classified 3 stars for 4 people.
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, energy consumption, supplement animal (1 small dog allowed), deposit by bank card and possibly optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...etc.).
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks in August, other periods: week.

Un appartement toutes commodités situé en plein centre ville

Situé en plein centre ville et très bien équipé , proche de toutes commodités ( carrefour marketing, boucherie, boulangerie, fromagerie). Possibilité d’aller à pieds à la plage de trestaou, d’aller au port. Très bonne expérience
