S. M. N.の中央駅から数歩です。、800年代後半の歴史的な建物内の宿泊施設は、改装されました。テラコッタの床や天井の露出したアーチ、新しい家具快適です。
1階に位置しており、電気ゲート（入口の幅2,20cm）で保護された専用の裁判所に車を駐車する可能性があります。ここから直接宿泊施設に入るか、メインエントランスを使用することができます。
車が宿泊施設に到着するための許可は必要ありません。

Great spot

The property is very functional and pleasant. It was clean and everything worked well. Location is terrific. The stairs to one room are very steep- difficult for some. The bedrooms are all lofts, which has a great vibe, but may be loud for some groups as it is open space without doors. The sound carries and privacy for mixed groups would be limited. As a family, it worked very well for us. We enjoyed the living spaces, which were quite spacious, together nicely. A very cool place, with helpful hosts, clear instructions and nice, safe location. We loved it!

Great apartment

We are a family of 5 with three college age daughters. This was perfect for us, great value for the money and Anna and Davide were very accommodating and allowed us to check in a little early based on the time our train arrived in Florence. Easy walk to all areas in Florence and it worked out perfectly for us!

Our stay in Florence

Location location location Anna and Davide’s apartment was first class located conveniently near the rail road station and old town. The location facilitated using the tram T2 from the airport (1.5 euros) rather than use a taxi (35 euros). The court yard entrance off the kitchen offered beautiful fresh air. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We all loved our stay.

Excellent location, close to parking outside the ztl. Davide was very nice and welcomed us with great recommendations. We liked our stay in this place… but note that bedrooms are in mezzanine so no doors. But the place was great with lots of place and two bedrooms

Wonderful apartment

We came to Florence for a 3 night stay, communication between anna, davide and myself during the stay and before we arrived was excellent. They met us at the apartment to talk us through everything we needed to know. Anna also mentioned various places to visit during our stay, if she hadnt then we would have missed out on the spectacular views of Florence from Piazzale Michaelangelo!The apartment itself was lovely, about a 7-8 min walk from the train station, bars, restaurants and mini supermarkets close by. 20 min walk approx to the Duomo.Beautifully decorated, very spacious, 2 mezzanine bedrooms with sofa beds, one located over the living area and one over the kitchen. Main bedroom accessible by a separate staircase (note - the stairs are a not actual full steps and a bit steeper than a normal staircase, but not a major issue for us) and had its own ensuite toilet and basin, main bathroom is downstairs and had everything you needed.Kitchen large with large dining table, induction hob, microwave, kettle, fridge. Basic food items also supplied.Apartment also offered parking at the back of the building which was accessed via a gate so your vehicle would be safe.I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone plus Anna & Davide were very friendly and lovely hosts.Grazie per il meraviglioso soggiorno

Great stay and great host! Davide communicated well and took good care of us. Apartment was very clean and well stocked. Location good for short walk to train station and to all the central Florence attractions. Recommended and would stay here again happily!

We loved staying in this apartment! As well as being close to transport and shopping, the apartment was well-positioned for sightseeing, had lots of character and was well equipped. Travelling as a family of four has its challenges but this accommodation gave us the space we needed in addition to the great location. Our hosts were very helpful, making sure we had everything we needed and giving us some good advice and tips about Florence. My only concern would be for families with young children (under 5-ish) as the internal staircases and lofts may be a bit tricky. However, this place gave great value for money and we would certainly recommend it for families with older children.

A recommended appartment!

This summer I went to visit Florence with my friendgroup of 8 people. This appartement was a really nice fit for our group. It was clean and had a lot of space. The location is also very nice! It was very close to the train station, is close to multiple busstations and within 5/10 minutes of walking you are in the city centre. I would definitely recommend this appartement to everyone else. The owners were very nice and considering (they let us stay longer for check-out) and everything else went very smooth.

Beau séjour!

Appartement de charme très bien situé dans la ville de Florence, qui nous a permis de visiter la ville à pied. Très proche de la gare de train. Pour notre famille de sept (2 adultes et 5 enfants/ados) l’espace était un peu limité, mais pour un plus petit groupe ce serait parfait. Peut-être moins adapté pour une famille avec de jeunes enfants due aux mezzanines et escaliers ouvertes. On a été très bien accueilli et l’appartement était très propre. L’air climatisé était efficace et très apprécié lors de la canicule.

Great location and very safe

My husband and I along with adult daughter stayed there for four nights. It was a great home base. There are three lofts, two with beds. I would be very careful on who I recommended staying up in those as the stairs are VERY steep. Anna was wonderful to work with.

Très bon séjour L'appartement a be6de charme et est très bien situé pour visiter Florence à pied La possibilité de parking pour la voiture est un gros plus. Davide est très accueillant et de bon conseil pour les visites.

Die Lage ist super, je nach Gehgeschwindigkeit 7-15 min vom Bahnhof entfernt. La Fortezza ist kaum 5 min. zufuss erreichbar, auch das Stadt-Zentrum habe ich so erkundet. Kleines Problem mit unterschiedlichen Angaben bezüglich Ankunfts- und Abreise-Zeit in der Bestätigung und vor Ort. Wir konnten dieses Problem aber mit dem Vermieter lösen. In der Dusche kleiner Schimmelfleck, der mit etwas Javel sicher schnell beseitigt ist. Sonst sehr sauber.

Ideal pour visiter Florence à pied

Cette location est parfaite pour 5 personnes. Sa situation permet de visiter Florence à pied(le duomo est seulement à 15 min.) . La place de parking est évidemment un plus appréciable. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et nous ont donné de bons conseils.

C'était parfait!

Bel appartement duplex, très bien situé, dans le centre, à 5 minutes à pied du marché San Lorenzo. Le centre historique de Florence étant finalement peu étendu, toutes les visites peuvent se faire à pied en partant du logement. Place de parking privée dans la cour fermée, (un plus pour le déchargement et rechargement des bagages!), c'est idéal car à Florence le stationnement est un problème. Tout le confort possible, vaisselle en quantité très suffisante, très beaux décors et aménagements, grande douche dans la salle de bain en bas et petit cabinet de toilette à l'étage. L'appartement est très propre. Seul l'accès de l'un des escaliers est, disons, un peu acrobatique... Accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire, dont nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions déposées à notre arrivée, ainsi que sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse tant à l'arrivée qu'au départ. Appartement à recommander.

LOCATION A RECOMMANDER

Bel appartement duplex, très bien situé, au calme, dans le centre à 5 minutes à pied du marché San Lorenzo. Le centre historique de Florence étant, finalement, assez peu étendu il est possible d'effectuer toutes les visites à pied en partant du logement (même le palais Pitti qui se trouve de l'autre coté du fleuve). La place de parking dans la cour fermée est un plus car le stationnement à Florence est un vrai problème (et quel bonheur pour le déchargement et rechargement des bagages!) L'appartement est très propre avec tout le confort possible, la vaisselle en quantité suffisante, très beaux décors et aménagements, grande douche dans la salle de bain du bas, et petit cabinet de toilette à l'étage. Seul l'un des escalier est, disons, un peu périlleux. Accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire dont nous avons apprécié les petites attentions (fleurs et vin de sa production) à notre arrivée, les explications pour les visites, ainsi que sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité concernant les horaires tant à l'arrivée qu'au départ. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour à Florence dans ce logement, et ne manquerons pas de le conseiller à de futurs voyageurs.

Fantastico

Esperienza meravigliosa. Partivo già consapevole che Firenze è una città fantastica ma questo week end è stato in assoluto un capolavoro artistico! Sistemazione splendida, appartamento ristrutturato divinamente, non mancava nulla. La gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario sono stati un fiore all'occhiello. La posizione era davvero strategica a due passi da tutto ma in una via davvero molto tranquilla. Terremo sicuramente fra i preferiti per un prossimo soggiorno di gruppo. Grazie mille Davide, davvero!
