Spacious apartment south of the Arno. Great location! 10 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio but far enough away so you’re not surrounded by the throngs of humanity. Grocery stores, cafes, bars, all close. Great communication from the host, and even recommended a taxi service that could pick us up at 3:30am (ugh!) for our early flight. Highly recommend!

Excellent property. No notes whatsoever. The apartment is even better in person. The communication was excellent from day 1. The apartment was pristine and so comfortable. We loved this apartment in Florence. It was an easy 15-20 walk to Ponte Vecchio, Duomo, Uffizi, etc. There were plenty of great restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The apartment was quiet, clean, spacious and very nicely decorated. Full functioning kitchen. The only hiccup we had was that the water heater needed to be re-set once, but the property management team was very responsive and quick to fix it. We very much enjoyed our stay here as a family of four. It was so nice to have room to spread out.

Great property and location. Quiet neighborhood within a 10 min walk to train station, Ponte Vecchio, and plenty of shopping, restaurants, and gelato. Just a couple blocks south of the Arno and less tourist-y in the immediate area. Great little coffee shop right around the corner for a grab and go. Great communication from host and contacts to get us situated and very helpful after our flight was delayed 9 hours. Size of property was perfect for my spouse and our 8 y/o. Washer unit allowed us to pack minimally without checking bags. A/C worked great in bedroom to keep us cool at night--we were out and about during the day. Bathroom was large enough for the 3 of us without feeling cramped. Hot water in the shower was inconsistent, but never cold. It cycled from warm to tepid every few minutes, but that was refreshing in a weird way after being in 90 degree heat all day. We would definitely book this property again and would highly recommend.

A Great Place to Stay in Florence

The apartment was clean, modern and quite at night for good sleeping. The location was close to many restaurants, shops and within walking distance to the train station and many of the sights of Florence.

Very clean. Great pillows. Interesting layout, but very nice. Had an issue with the hot water and received a response within a few minutes and we were able to fix it by text with him coaching me through what to do. Complaints- the front room is LOUD. It's right above a street with lots of mopeds. My ipad with fan noise mostly drowned it out. The walk to City center got old after a few days. It's not far, but just far enough. Very satisfied with the place though. You could do far worse with a place to stay.

Wonderful location and excellent host

We arrived very late for our stay, but the hosts were there to show us the property, answer any questions we had, and give advice on local restaurants and things to see. The location was great and we walked to all sites we wanted to see. This is a city, and there are people outside until very late. So the one caution is if you are a very light sleeper this could be an issue. But - the noise is to be expected. We would definitely stay again!

Visiting daughter in Florence

Great location and property for my visit to see my study abroad daughter. To be expected, stairs are steep but at least this unit is on the first level. Street noise from bedroom window was pretty loud, but being in the city something that is expected. The property itself was top notch!

must walk up several step steps in a dark hallway, more quiet area, but just blocks from more lively area. would have like if book of instructions had some english-could not understand how to operate the washing machine or how to find the bus stops
