Adorable stilt home on a cul-de-sac lot in a quiet neighborhood. This newly remodeled home has an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room area. The kitchen has a large island with a granite countertop and a bar/prep area with 2 stools. The dining table has seating for 4. The living room has a comfy couch, 2 rockers/recliners, TV, WIFI, cable and a rocking chair. There is a spacious covered deck with outdoor seating that wraps around to an open deck overlooking the giant yard space. The outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a trip to the beach or a day of fishing out on the boat. Large covered patio/grilling area for evening meals, visiting, and entertaining.

Despite the checkin process, the house was very enjoyable. Perfect size, awesome decorations, great location. Needs new cookware, and new cleaning crew!

Great location, and a great home!

House was clean, spacious, and easy to access. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The house was very well appointed, with many amenities and comfortable beds. Nice quiet neighborhood very near everything we needed. Highly recommend!

K&A Experience

Excellent stay for our family staycation. We had a 6 year old a 4 year old and a 2 year old and the space was great. The bedrooms were spacious as well. Love the open concept, the decor, our home away from home. Our only issue were the ants outside. We found some in the house and several in our vehicles. Overall we had a wonderful time! :)

Perfect family home!!

We loved this property. We go to Port Aransas every year and this has been our favorite so far. The location is just outside the crazy side closer to the ferry so you easily navigate around traffic. Still close to beach access and everything else you could need. Home was clean and stocked. 5 adults and one 3 year old this time and it was plenty of space.

Perfect beach vibe home

This house was perfect for our family. We had no issues while there. Plenty of parking, seating inside and out. Walking into this house made us feel like we were at the perfect beach house. The bedrooms were nice sized, very large living room/kitchen/dining area. Although this house not right on the beach, it didn’t take long to get anywhere we wanted to go. There was plenty of parking for 2 full size suvs and two 6 seater golf carts plus more if needed. We will definitely book this house for our future yearly Port Aransas trips if available!!

Sugar Ants and Sunshine

The ants were in my friend's car's - in our beds,... we had to move the beds away from the walls and purchase a can of Raid to temporarily subdue the issue. Otherwise, awesome place - really creative artwork! Wasn't going to waste my short time with people I haven't seen in years to complain. We're all cowgirls, and farm raised, little sugar ants weren't going to rain on our parade!

We LOVED it!

We loved this location! Quiet cul-de-sac with almost no traffic. We rent a golf cart to get around, so we can get to everything from here without dealing with the highway. Home was spacious, clean everything worked great! No issues with wifi, the tv's, plumbing or anything. We stayed for 4 nights and would definitely stay again. Only note is that the bunk bed room is actually the master bedroom... I was surprised but this worked for us because the teenage boys took that room and had the big tv and the bathroom to themselves!! Worked out great for us! Thanks for a great trip!

Exactly what is shown

I stayed 4 days/3 nights at this location with my family of 8. It wasn't too far from the beach, but not walking distance. It was exactly what the pictures showed. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; oddly though it was the bunk beds that had the "master suite" with the bathroom. All the rooms, living room, kitchen are upstairs. The laundry room is downstairs by the parking area. There is plenty of room for 3 cars to park on the cement drive, with one smaller vehicle can fit under the cover of the balcony. It also looks like you could park a trailer on a dirt driveway on the yard. There is a "yard" little ones could run around in that's fenced on pretty much 3 sides, but there's nothing set up there. There is a picnic table under the balcony and another on the balcony giving plenty of space for a bbq. The grill itself isn't very big, but we didn't utilize it. I believe it was charcoal, and you'd have to provide your own. There is also an additional bathroom in the laundry area, and a place outside, right by the stairs, where you can rinse off (or shower) to remove all the sand from the beach before going upstairs. My only complaint is the cleaning staff isn't thorough, and I didn't get timely responses from online inquires about the property. After texting and asking if it was a live person, I had someone who was very friendly call me, but at this time I was already on the road to the house. As for the cleanliness, I thought the couch was a sofa bed (it is not), but when removing the cushions there is a lot of dirt and such that needed to be vacuumed. I also travel with a box fan for the noise, and when I turned it on on my room, a few little dust bunnies and hair moved around on the floor. Nothing much. As well as some of the dishes that were in the kitchen were either dirty and/or had rust stains. Which isn't a big deal, as I planned on washing them before using anyways, as you never know! We had plenty of towels, linen, dishsoap, etc for our entire stay, as well as a pretty much stocked kitchen utensils to cook with. Seasoning wise, there is only salt and pepper, so you need to purchase all of that along with condiments like mustard and ketchup. All in all, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent property and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only suggestion would be to add some lights under the deck by the BBQ pit because it gets super dark out there. A string of solar lights would help make it easier to move around and enjoyable.

Everything you need

Bed sheets appeared used due to crumbs and hairs in beds. House as a whole was better than pictured and the pictures match what you get. Had everything in the kitchen you’d need. Hang out area under the house with a bathroom and TV ( which we were not expecting) but outdoor light switch does not work anymore so it was very dark at night under the house. Just a few fixes/standards to get back up to would make this house over the top. We are laid back and enjoyed our stay very much
