Old farm converted into a spacious and independent cottage, the environment is naturally appreciable. Ideal for a stay with family or friends, this cottage is also a well-centered pied-à-terre to reach the hiking trails and tourist sites of the region. Food 1 km away. Doctor 5 km away. Col du Bonhomme ski resort 12 km away. Old renovated independent farmhouse comprising 2 floors, composed on the ground floor (access 2 steps):
- A fitted kitchen, 3 ceramic hobs, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher. Filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle. Kitchen essentials.
- A living room with dining area that can accommodate up to 10 people. TV.
- Bathroom with Italian shower (70/150), electric hair dryer.
- A bedroom equipped with a 140/190 bed and a 90/190 bed
- A separate toilet
- A laundry room with washing machine
- An entrance hall
- A private terrace in front of the cottage

Great Gite!

What went well, Great house which has a lot of history, great amenities well equipped kitchen, great location as soon as you leave the house you are in nature and hiking starts right there. Garden is huge and kids loved it, BBQ is available and we used it several times. Owners are really nice I can not stress how much I wish we could have been able to spend more time with Christian and Nicole but as we are not fluent in French we had a bit of a language barrier (we hope to learn more French for next time!). Thank you for the cake it was delicious! To do differently, First a note to make, points below are really small and would not impact our decision if we would go back again. There was a small mismatch in information provided by the agency, but as soon as we spoke to the owners it was all clarified (I would suggest anything you wish to know contact the owners as they are very accommodating). Wifi could be a bit stronger as it was not available in the whole house, but perhaps this was a good thing as we we were there to escape to the nature. Overall, We loved our stay, we would love to go back there again and we would recommend it (if you have a chance, please go there) honestly it is better then advertised! We thank Christian and Nicole for their hospitability and making us feel very welcomed through our stay

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit toller ruhiger Lage direkt in der Natur. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben uns sogar einen Kuchen gebacken.

Très bon séjour dans le gîte de Ban sur Meurthe Clefcy

Nous avons été très bien accueillis, les propriétaires Christian et Nicole sont des gens charmants et chaleureux. Le gîte est très bien équipé, les pièces sont spacieuses et agréables. Le gîte est situé dans un endroit calme, où il y a un terrain de grande taille bien entretenu, très appréciable. Nous ne pouvons que le recommander.
