Beautiful, comfortable chalet in the mountains, 2 kilometers from the ski slopes (La Bresse/Hohneck resort). Pleasant tourist location. Private road leading to 2 chalets. Shared land (3,700 m²) bordered by a river. Groceries and a doctor are 7 km away.
Only available for weekly rental during school holidays. 2 gites (Les Chamois, sleeping 11 people and 4 people, located right next to Le Régit) can be combined. Individual mountain chalet.
Entrance with storage.
Garden level, ground floor, and 1st floor: 4 bedrooms (2 double beds, 7 single beds, 1 baby bed).
Fitted kitchen open to the living room, adjoining lounge. Relaxation room.
Bathroom, shower room. 2 toilets.
2 covered terraces, grounds. Secure and private bike/ski storage.
Utilities and end-of-stay cleaning included.
Wi-Fi.
Parking for 2 cars is available in front of the chalet and 2 to 3 cars at the start of the private road. In case of snow, parking is available 80 meters from the cottage.
A Christmas tree is decorated for the holiday season.

- Pets: €5.00 per day
- Towels: €8.51 per person per stay

In the center of La Bresse, head towards Col de la Schlucht, La Bresse-Hohneck ski area. About 6.5 km in front of the Couaroge building on the left of the road, turn right onto Chemin de la Xlatte. Go about 100m, at the Gîtes de France sign you will find access to the chalet on the right (private road).
End of stay cleaning is included.
