The chalet is located in La Bresse, just 5 minutes from the town center and 5 minutes from “La Bresse-Hohneck”. Situated on the mountainside, it overlooks the Mosellote river.
With 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 9 people. The person responsible for the booking must be an adult.

You will enjoy beautiful hiking and mountain biking trails, as well as the “Bol d’Air Aventure” park with its Fantasticable and curved zipline, the “Schlitte Mountain” summer toboggan run, swimming pool, downhill MTB, and more.

Important Notes:
Due to rising electricity costs, please do not adjust the electric heaters (temperature set to 20°C). Adjustments can be made by us via an app if needed. Personal heaters are not allowed. In case of excessive heating use, an additional fee will be charged (real-time consumption monitoring via the app). The wood stove and firewood are available if needed. Thank you for your understanding.

Bed linen and towels are provided for weekly bookings. They can be rented for shorter stays.

Mandatory cleaning fee of €150 for stays under 7 nights.

End-of-stay cleaning must be done by guests or can be booked as an option for €150 for weekly rentals.
