Holiday House Nocellara-Menfi, Sicily

Holiday home Nocellara is a country house, situated on a panoramic hill in "Contrada Fiori", overlooking the sea and the surrounding agricultural landscape, surrounded by a beautiful olive grove.
The house is about 75 square meters, more verandas, sleeps 4 people and is on one level, with a front porch on the north, and a panoramic porch south, where to eat and relax enjoying a magical sunset on sea.
Inside is a living room and a kitchen adjoining, a double bedroom, a room with a bunk bed and a bathroom.
Distant 1 km from the beach and about 2.5 km from the city center, it is equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, air conditioning (hot / cold air), barbecue and bicycles.
The house is finished with rustic materials, typical of Sicilian and furnished with some handcrafted design elements according to the creative recycling philosophy.

The local context is strongly influenced by the agricultural culture, specializing in the wine sector with the presence of numerous companies, as Settesoli-Mandrarossa, Planeta etc ..
The coast stretches for about 8 km with beaches and scenarios totally different from white pebbles of "Giache white", the rocks of the sea "Insoles Porto Palo", passing through kilometers of fine sand and clear sea, the blue flag 1992.
The ospitti have access to a garden farm of about 3. 000 square meters, with private parking.

The owners, who live at 2.50 km, are available for any need, every day.
Upon your arrival you will be greeted at the entrance of the village and escorted to the house.

The house will be provided, as well as basic necessities, as well as an excellent extra virgin olive oil of the house, by a local wine and homemade and seasonal fruit.

Water, electricity, gas, wi-fi, linen and sheets are included in the price and also the costs for final cleaning (50 euros), only any change of linen remains extra.
A tourist tax of € 2.00 per person per day is foreseen, for a maximum of 7 days, children under 12 are excluded.
