You will be seduced by this magnificent typically Creole house of 300 m², with a large swimming pool and a solarium equipped with padded deckchairs, in order to savor these magnificent sunny days throughout the year. 
Surrounded by a large outdoor gallery equipped with 2 living rooms and 2 dining rooms, a fully equipped American kitchen, a barbecue area, a games room (table football, ping pong table, a pétanque court ...) will allow you to spend wonderful moments with friends or family.
Arranged with an office space and 6 large independent air-conditioned bedrooms + TV, each with its own bathroom and adjoining toilet, equipped with large soft and comfortable beds, will leave you room for sweet and peaceful nights in absolute silence.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans la villa et nous avons passé de très belles vacances.Jason a été facile à joindre et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions.La maison est très agréable et fidèle à l'annonce. Il y a suffisamment d'espace pour tout le monde. Nous avons préféré la piscine, le BBQ et les soirées autour du bar extérieur près de la piscine.Les environs sont tres sympas pour faire des promenades le long du littoral. Vous etes à 30 minutes des plages du sud, ce qui est parfait.Il y a quelques petites choses à reparer dans la maison mais rien d'alarmant.Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous yreviendrons :)

Un très bon séjour en famille

Nous venons de passer 2 semaines dans cette magnifique villa (10 adultes et 4 enfants). Un séjour agréable dans un grande maison conforme à sa description, bungalow compris, en un mot : un séjour au top Points positifs : Conforme à la description sauf deux chambres du RDC équipées de deux lits de 90 au lieu d’un grand lit, ce qui peu s’avérer plus simple lorsqu’on a des enfants. Le propriétaire peu aménager à la demande avec que des grands lits ou les disposer à la convenance des locataires Le jardin et la piscine sont magnifique et bien entretenu, ping-pong, jeu de boule, salle de sport etc. Et Jeison toujours à l’écoute en cas de besoin qu’il en soit grandement remercié. Points négatifs Niveau accessoire : babyfoot très fatigué (piqué par la rouille), jeu de fléchette également très fatigué. Dur le climat avec le matériel !! Le barbecue est mal conçu. 1ère grille trop basse et surtout pas d’aération sous le foyer. Pas de tiroir d’évacuation des cendres. Un peu compliqué à faire prendre et à nettoyer, mais on y arrive ! On est en vacances Peu de moustique mais nous pensons à des aoutas ce qui est aussi désagréable. Certainement la saison, pas de chance.

Belle expérience

Maison bien équipée, conforme à l’annonce. Malchance pour nous, bcp de sargasses de ce côté et par manque d’alizés, le matin odeur importante. Barbecue inadapté, la première grille est trop haute... Mais nous avons bien profité de la maison et de la piscine, des hamacs et des mangues fraiches du beau jardin !

Séjour agréable avec beaucoup de MAIS

Séjour dans l’ensemble agréable grâce à son emplacement, au jardin et aux activités proposées mais gros défaut au niveau de l’électricité car toutes les climatisations, la plaque de cuisson et le réfrigérateur n’étaient pas supportés par les fusibles en place, ce qui occasionnait des déconnexions de tous ces appareils et d’autres encore, de plus notre dernier jour a été gâché par une coupure total de l’électricité qui n’a pu être réparé qu’au bout de 3 jours selon le propriétaire. Pour couronner le tout nous avons été envahi par les mouches à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur de la maison. Odeur nauséabonde provenant de la fosse septique. La sécurité au niveau de la piscine est à revoir car se déclenche avec le vent mais pas lorsque quelqu’un se jette à l’eau. Villa à fort potentiel avec une bonne rénovation.
