In the heart of the City of Brotherly Love! A half block off Broad St and South St, but a quiet and private building. New construction home in August 2019 with brand new everything. Walking distance from anything and everything you could want and need in Center City.

First floor living room has double 65 inch TVs, La-Z-Boy Couch and Rocking Chair

Kitchen has brand new everything including 43 inch TV, table, bar stools, chairs, bench and more

Downstairs has a living room with an 100 inch projector

Fantastic location! We were heading to academy of music for the nutcracker. House had everything we needed for our stay. Host was great communicating check in and where to park. Will definitely stay again.

The location of the property was fantastic. We were visiting the Christmas Viilage and holiday attractions, very short walk to all. The kids loved the game room. Will be back again!

Amazing Stay!

Very comfortable stay! Close to the subway, and a quick walk to just about anything that you will need!Communication was top notch as well. If anything pops up, like a power outage that the city has, you will be contacted with updates ASAP.

Awesome property! Location was perfect, walking distance from parking, markets and downtown. We were very comfortable walking around the community. The house was just as displayed, with comfortable beds and plenty of room for the 5 of us. We were not able to use the patio due to busy schedule but will definitely give it a try next time. Matt was a gracious host. He provided all necessary details and answered any questions timely. Would highly recommend!
