Great property, well equipped kitchen and clean (rooms, pans, towels, etc). Very functional. It is just not on the beach or walking distance to the beach (it takes 5-10 min drive)

Great experience! Unit was exactly as described. Clean and quiet! Had all the amenities we needed for the week. Lots of restaurants, shops, and activities nearby. We had an excellent stay.

Perfect Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental. Five Stars! The owners were awesome, quick to respond to any questions. It was super clean, very well stocked kitchen, they even left us coffee for the early am's at the horseshow. Super close to the fairgrounds. We loved all the restaurant recommendations. The comfiest beds and great towels. We would definitely stay here again! My teens enjoyed the outdoor space and the dogs enjoyed sunbathing on the back patio too! Thanks for sharing your home. Family vacation

Our family of 6 was visiting for Surf Cup (soccer). The location was perfect. We were close to the soccer fields, beaches, grocery stores and restaurants. The house was super cute, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfy stay. Would definitely rent again.

Wonderful stay

My family of four (plus my dog) had a wonderful stay. The location was convenient to restaurants and shopping. The townhouse was clean and comfortable. One of the main reasons I selected this place because of the proximity to the dog beach. My dog really enjoyed playing at the beach with all of the other dogs. The host was readily available for the one question I had and was very welcoming. We would not hesitate to stay here again

Exceptional property!

We stayed a week and would definitely stay again! Safe, quiet location with clean, updated accommodations. Kitchen is well-stocked and the washer/dryer helps so much. Nice smart TVs in living area and master bedroom for streaming services. Outdoor area is delightful, and the large windows with screens provide refreshing air indoors. Host communication was exceptional! Can’t think of one thing I would change—really wonderful property near the beach, groceries and restaurants!

Wonderful Vacation Rental

We stayed in this townhome during the remodel of our home. The location is perfect! Close to everything yet tucked down a lane which made it extremely quiet. Nice small development. So convenient to the beach, grocery stores, village of Del Mar and Solana Beach, and I-5. The home was immaculate, cheerfully decorated, and well stocked. The management company and home get 5 stars! They provided all pertinent information, and promptly and cheerfully answers all questions. You will love renting Geo Loft by the Sea!

Awesome place for mom & teen girl week!

We had a fabulous week and in large part due to this perfect spot! Mom, teen daughter and her friend - perfect with the kitchen, washer/dryer (especially as girls had volleyball, beach volleyball, boogie boarding and paddle boarding all in the area) outdoor space with a grill, garage for car and plenty of room between the bedrooms and bathrooms. Community pool was great as well one evening! Clean, cute and plenty of space. And happened to be less than 5 min from Wave volleyball club and beach volleyball at dog beach. Couldn’t have worked out better! Hope to be back soon! Thank you!!

Met All Our Needs

The house was everything we needed for four adults and two children. We were really only there early in the morning and late in the evening as we were away enjoying the many things San Diego and surrounding areas have to offer. The location is great if you’re looking to stay close to San Diego but not right in the city. We were 20 minutes away from the Zoo, Sea World, USS Midway Museum, Padres ball park, etc. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. Just note that it is not actually on the beach and walking there would require crossing some very busy intersections. And there is a walking path behind the house that’s elevated on a hill, which puts walkers at eye level with upstairs windows. Close the blinds if you’re concerned about privacy, but we had no issues.

Quick Family Trip to SD

The property was very clean (one of the cleanest properties I've stayed at) and very comfortable. Has a cute back patio area that I wasn't expecting with a nice big hammock. Is in a nice community with a community pool and hot tub. It's walking distance to the beach but the walk is along a fairly busy road and is about 1/2 mile. Would most likely need to drive if bringing beach chairs, towels, etc.

Great location

Perfect size for our family of 5. Had everything we needed including boogie boards and other beach accessories. It's in a quiet and safe neighbourhood that's only a short drive to the beach.

Clean, Breezy and Great Location

This property met all expectations and was a great place to stay for our week near the beach. It was easy to get to the highway and the beach, and had all the amenities that we needed. The open stairs might be a challenge for other dogs that visit, which isn't a complaint on the property, just something to consider for other guests.

Updated townhome on border of Solana Beach & Del Mar

Clean, recently updated & well maintained home close to Del Mar Fairgrounds/Race Track. Located in a quiet community off major streets with easy access to fwy. Lots of towels and amenities, e.g., hair dryer, coffee maker, W/D. Proactive, responsive management company. We were working remote from here--would have been a bonus if there was at least a desk (we made do with the kitchen table). Not a negative comment--a nice to have for us. I guess that was a sign that we should have been vacationing, not working! :-)

Lovely

Very nice vacation rental. Well equipped for cooking and beach. Amenities and communication excellent. Only one drawback but minor…it’s not as walkable as I thought but it mostly because of the San Diego hilly terrain. We’d definitely stay again.

Clean , Cozy, Comfortable!

We loved staying at Geometric Loft and plan to rebook for next year! Dog friendly, a pool, a hot tub, and three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, perfect for the six of us! And the staff of beachhaus rentals is fantastic! Courteous, responsive, overall top notch!
