This single-story home provides over 1850 square feet of comfort with three large bedrooms (two king beds, one queen bed) and two full bathrooms. The master suite is quite separate from the rest of the home and has a large walk-in closet and spacious ensuite with large tub and separate shower and private water closet / toilet room. The home has a well-equipped kitchen with eating nook that seats five plus a separate dining room. The living room is large and comfortable and opens directly onto the patio with multiple outdoor seating options. The south sun on the back patio area is a bonus to all those that want to enjoy the warmth of the sun - and for those who just want to relax in the shade there is plenty of that under the pergola which has hanging patio lights for your evening enjoyment. The greenbelt along entire backside of the house makes this the perfect, private setting. Fantastic sunrises and sunsets year-round and the wonderful southern exposure is especially nice in the fall and winter months. The home is also equipped with Wifi and three smart TVs with multiple streaming options.

It's a short trip to Old Town La Quinta area which offers a multitude of restaurants, art galleries, weekly events, music and a fantastic farmers' market. Laguna de la Paz is a very serene and quiet subdivision, but close to shopping, a new movie theater, St. Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church, fine dining at many great restaurants including the La Quinta Resort and outstanding golf at the fabulous Silver Rock course. I promise you'll find something great to do in every direction of this home. You will be less than three miles south of the renowned Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Just to the east of us you will find the PGA-West golf resort and the Desert International Horse Park. Venture west to find all of the fantastic attractions of the greater Palm Springs area. Best of all is the walk to Old Town La Quinta.
