Welcome to this bright apartment

Welcome to this classified☆☆☆ apartment of 60m², bright, comfortable and with beautiful volumes, in a small quiet condominium in the city center. It consists of a living / dining room and a full kitchen. Large dishwasher, large fridge with refrigerator. New oven, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, gas hob. TV and high speed internet access.
The apartment has a garage opening onto the street. A reserved parking space.
There is a washing machine and a dryer in the garage. A drying rack for beach towels in the small interior courtyard and another in the garage. Sink in the garage for rinsing beach gear.
Ideally located apartment:
3 minutes walk from the main business areas: all shops, restaurants, creperies, pizzerias, brasseries. Nearby, Thalassotherapy / Spa center, but also speedboats for a possible trip to the 7 islands, the beach of Trestraou 10 minutes walk from the sailing club, surfing, diving, paddle, along the coast, sea excursion.
The apartment is equipped with high speed internet. Television placed on a console.
A 12 m2 bedroom with new 160/200 bedding (embedded spring mattress) including a wardrobe. 2 bedside lamps.
A 2nd bedroom of 12 m2 with 2 new beds of 90/200. 2 bedside lamps.
The bathroom is relatively large, it includes 2 basins and a bathtub.
Mattress covers, pillows, duvets, blankets, tea towels provided.
Cot, baby chair available.
As an option, we offer bedding made up of a duvet cover and sheet at the price of the Trégastel laundry, namely €15 for the double bed and €8 for the small bed; towels and bath towel at the price of 1 euro / towel and 2 € per bath towel.
No beach towel.
The garage can be used as a bicycle storage...
Optional cleaning : €50.

Central location

Enjoyed my brief stay here very much - I was on my own, but this property is set up well for a family with kids or a small group. Friendly Laurent was there to greet me and communication was great, checking in and out couldn't have been smoother. Since I was visiting outside peak periods I opted for free street parking right out front. Washer/dryer (downstairs in garage) were tremendously convenient. Carrefour City is several minutes away at most (walking), and literally another few steps take you to the town center with a number of nice cafes and eateries. From there you could walk/stumble down the hill to the lovely beach area in another ten minutes, with the casino, more restaurants and gorgeous seaside views. The Ploumanac'h and Trégastel resort/park areas are both within an EASY 15-minute drive (check out the L'atelier Fermier gourmet shop on the way if you get a chance), which made for great sightseeing. The apartment was very comfortable and I'd be happy to come back. Thanks again to Nathalie and Laurent, and I hope to stay longer next time!

Appartement grand et bien agencé, très bien situé près du centre ville, pour les courses c'est parfait. Un bémol sur l'insonorisation (on entend les voisins du dessus). Pas de chance par contre pour nous car pas de Wifi pendant le séjour et donc pas de télévision non plus. En été c'est pas génant mais là en hiver, c'était un peu tristounet le soir d'où une petite déception quand même...

Une bonne location

Bien situé non loin du centre ville, cet appartement est bien distribué et bien aménagé, propre et agréable à vivre avec beaucoup de rangements. L'accueil fut sympathique. Nous recommandons.

Appartement agréable

Appartement bien situé, spacieux, très propre, bien décoré, ensoleillé matin et en fin de journée. Literie excellente. 15 minutes de la plage, 5 minutes du centre. Pas de problème de parking devant le garage. Village sympathique et région très belle bien sûr!

Héél vriendelijke uitbaatster die ons opwachtte voor persoonlijk contact en de nodige uitleg te geven. Alles was aanwezig, vaatwasmachine, oven, ijskast met diepvries, wasmachine... Alles was zeer netjes! Knus appartement en heel belangrijk... goede matrassen!

Le nid de Macareux est comme son nom l'indique un nid douillet, super équipé et bien situé. les propriétaires sont très sympa, bref, rien à redire. Je recommande l'endroit à tous les futurs visiteurs de Perros-Guirec.

Super accueil et emplacement idéal.

Nous avons apprécié le logement d'autan plus que le temps n'était pas avec nous. Bonnes balades tout de même et l'emplacement du logement est idéal. Nous avons apprécié la sympathie des propriétaires et leur accueil.
