Bedroom 2 (2.56x4.01) opening onto closed wooden terrace facing south: 1 bed 160. Upstairs: Mezzanine above the living room (3.68x2.53) with large skylight (no blackout blind): 2 beds 90.

Villa patio very well located about 300m from the supervised beaches. Close to the Seignosse golf course and shops. Ideal for a family. Household linen not provided. Pets not allowed. Housing not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

In the pines

All good except for having to go to Hossegor to get keys! I was already staying in Seignosse, it would be nice to be able to meet the key holder at the property. Also would be great to have wifi.
