Presentation of the accommodation:

The apartment, recently renovated, is a duplex of about 35 m2 on the ground.
It consists downstairs of a living room with an open kitchen, small but very functional, a lounge area with a sofa bed for 1 to 2 people and a very bright and sunny loggia converted into a dining area.
The upper floor offers an alcove / mezzanine offering an armchair-bed (reading area and extra bed for 1 person) and a desk to telework or check emails, a bathroom and toilet and a large bedroom with cupboard which opens onto the terrace.
The terrace (about 8 m2) facing west with two beautiful views of the ocean, invites you to sit down for lunch, a long aperitif-sunset or a nap on a deckchair.

Equipment:

- Sleeping: the bedroom offers a 140 bed for two people, the living room has a sofa bed (120 cm) and the alcove on the landing leading to the bedroom has a convertible armchair for one person. A baby cot can easily be installed in the room (available by reservation at an additional cost with the concierge)
- Kitchen and meals: induction hob, combined oven (microwave and traditional oven), dishwasher for 6 people, fridge-freezer, crockery and kitchen utensils (pans, pans, oven dishes, etc.), kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee machine.
- Shower room: washbasin with large storage space, closed shower with rain shower and towel radiator + WC.
- Office area: a small office and relaxation area has been set up in the alcove upstairs, with a wall-mounted desk and an armchair bed. Natural light and adjustable lamp, electrical outlet: everything you need to work from home or read a book in peace.
- Comfort: the apartment is equipped with a reversible heat pump / air conditioning.
- Parking: a designated and numbered parking space is available (with a barrier to guarantee the space, useful in high season!)
- Family: as an option and upon reservation, baby essentials can be made available (cot, high chair, etc.).

Linen:
Duvets and pillows are available and a set of household linen (sheet, duvet cover, towels and dish towels) can be booked at an additional cost.

Destination Overview:
Hossegor is a hundred-year-old seaside resort renowned for its surf spots and its chic and charming atmosphere. The "pearl" of the Silver Coast, the large ocean beaches of fine sand (1-2 minutes walk), the marine lake and the city center (15 minutes walk) with its pretty shops, restaurants and ice cream parlours: everything is within walking distance! And a little further afield: the Basque Coast (but also the Rhune), Biarritz, Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Guéthary, Hendaye and Spain with San Sebastian 1 hour away.
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment: the South Beach and the Central Beach, several restaurants + bike rental companies and supermarket in season
