Custom-designed three-bedroom penthouse on the edge of Tulum, overlooking the protected canopy of Tulum National Park. The home sleeps up to eight guests in three king bedrooms and two living-room sofa beds, with three bathrooms, a full kitchen, air conditioning, indoor gathering space, and a rooftop terrace with a private plunge pool.

The layout works well for families, small groups, and longer stays. A dedicated workspace, in-home laundry, parking, keypad self check-in, outdoor dining, and a barbecue make the penthouse practical as well as distinctive. The multi-level layout, rooftop, and open pool require close adult supervision of children.

The property is on the edge of town rather than in a secluded jungle. Playa Pescadores and the ruins are about 10 minutes by bike or car and roughly 25–30 minutes on foot, depending on conditions. Taxis and travel times vary.
