Really enjoyed our stay! Location is great, very walkable neighborhood and quiet despite being so close to tourist attractions. Place is clean, feels homey, and the beds are very comfortable (not too soft). Would stay here again!)
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, clean, well-kept, charming home. It's in a great location in walking distance to restaurants, live music and all the sights; but far enough away to be quiet too. We highly recommend this home in St. Augustine.
We enjoyed the location of this home and the proximity to shops and restaurants. Clean and great response from the owner when we had questions. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of information on restaurants and attractions. Great value We would book again.
This house was perfect for our needs. It was fun to be walking distance from all of the historical sites and restaurants. It was clean and fresh. The kitchen had everything we needed and the table was great to play cards. Thank you, John and Gina!
We enjoyed our stay, easy parking, easy access downtown. Walk to everything. Cute coffee shop ,Southern Grind . Cute dessert place if you want cheese cake and highly recommend the Ice plant
The home was very charming and stocked with everything we might possibly need, even sugar and spices! Beds were comfortable, lots of extra blankets if needed. You could tell they paid attention to the little details. The location can't be beat - three blocks to St George Street, a short walk to the Celtic festival, and very walkable with sidewalks, etc.
Have spent years going to Bed and Breakfasts in the area, but it’s better with your own space. Everything was clean and check in was easy. Location was GREAT! In the middle of everything in the “Historic District”. Will be back soon.
This was the perfect size and perfect distance from historic downtown. Everything was clean and the outside scenery was beautiful. It was a perfect getaway!
Charming cottage in Historic St. Augustine. Nicely appointed with many thoughtful extras. Host had provided much more than other rentals I've visited. Covered front and back porches very pleasant. Pet friendly without odors or fur/hair which had been a concern. No fleas or bugs! The owner and co-owner were exceptionally responsive to any needs or questions. I highly recommend this little jewel.
The property was well kept and perfect for our group. It is close to downtown, so we walked everywhere. Gina was very nice and actually came in before we arrived to kick the heat on for us (it was chilly). We would definitely stay again as it had everything we needed.

Why they chose this property
This home built in 1922 was completely remodeled after we purchased it in 2006. The plumbing and electrical were replaced and today it has the latest amenities. The air conditioning is new and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Off street parking is available and you are in walking distance to historic sites and Flagler College.
