This townhouse was just finished in February 2020. Brand new and very luxurious. People are raving about the upstairs den featuring 2 full over full bunk beds (sleep 8 in one room).

Literally just steps away is the huge pool with a kids water dome, a slide, 2 hot tubs, and a waterfall. Use the Weber bbq and enjoy 5 TVs with YouTubeTV (local channels and sports), Disney+, and Netflix already installed.

4 bed/3.5 bath. Sleeps 14. Maximum Occupancy 14. Bed Configuration: Master (downstairs)- king, Master (upstairs) - king, Guest - king, and Den - 2 bunk beds (4 fulls). 2 levels, entry is bottom level. 2000 sq feet. Built 2020.

The place was nice, it had a good layout with bedrooms and bathrooms.A little extra cleaning would go a long way. Every dish, utensil, pan or glass that I got out I had to wash. There were only five forks for 8 people staying.The linens had to be the cheapest worst thing I have ever slept on. You can get sheets for a descent price that would make a world of difference.The area was nice and convenient to get around. The kids loved the pool and play area.

The only problem we had was the water doesn’t get very hot. But it was roomy and the bedding was nice and clean. We would love to stay there again. The hosts text back quickly if you have questions. Close to pool and hot tubs. Nice place to spend a weekend

We were in town for a baseball tournament and we had 14 people the max for the house, I thought for sure there was going to be no room and we were going to be bunched up. I was wrong Such a big spacious house, the kids loved the bunk beds and we all loved the pool and hot tub. Nice quiet area and clean clean clean. We will be back and will definitely come here again.

Place was awesome

This townhouse was perfect for our stay. The kids loved the bunk room/tv room. Especially the bigger beds. Beds were comfy, bedding was pretty. It was so nice, spacious and fit our party of 9 so easily. The pool is so close and was fun for the kids. Communication with the owner was hard as they didn’t respond to some questions and took several days to respond to the others. To help others the checkout time is 11:00. The VRBO says 10:00 but the welcome email says 11:00. My only other thought was upstairs you hear the heater turning on and off CONSTANTLY and it sounds like a jet taking off. It kept us up the 1st night. The other nights we played white noise on our phones and it was fine. I’d stay here again!!

We stayed here and the AC didn’t work the entire time. Even though it cools off at night the place was hot. We called the first night they sent someone over while we were gone and said they fixed but they didn’t. The women we talked to could have cared less and wanted us to open more widows and door. If was a bad experience don’t come here unless you like to sweat

While our stay eventually became enjoyable, the property’s initial condition and communication were subpar. Several cleanliness and logistical hurdles required resolution or reporting.The property was not turnover-ready. We found trash on floors, grimy surfaces, and crumbs on counters. The living room rug was heavily soiled, upstairs bunk beds had stained linens, and a shower curtain was missing. The water temperature throughout the house took a long time to warm up. Additionally, the listing advertised Disney, but it was just the app; guests must provide their own accounts. Determining the host's phone number was frustrating due to inaccurate contact info. The profile number led to VRBO’s general line, and automated texts were unresponsive. We only found resolution after getting the direct number for the management company.The HVAC system was also problematic. Unclear instructions led to an incredibly hot, uncomfortable first night. We later learned both upstairs and downstairs units must be set to the exact same mode and temperature to function.Once reached, the management company was professional and helpful. They quickly provided linens, toiletries, and the missing shower curtain. While the pool and home are lovely once settled, the "day one" experience was disappointing.Tip for next guests: Ensure you have the direct management number and double-check the AC settings immediately upon arrival.
