Ideally located in Cannes, just 10 minutes from the Croisette and the Palais des Festivals, Congressmen and vacationers can enjoy the atmosphere of an apartment overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, and two swimming pools, (open from June to October) including a lagoon-style pool with a slide ideal for children in a beautiful exotic garden.
Easy access from Nice airport or Cannes train station. The 2/3 room apartment has a surface of 35m² it consists of an entrance, a sleeping area with 2 bunk beds and closet, 1 bedroom with double bed and closet,
A bright living room with flat screen TV, 2 sofa beds for 1 person, one of which transforms into a pull-out bed, opening onto a large 6m² terrace equipped with garden furniture with a magnificent sea view.
A kitchen area equipped with 4 hot plates, large fridge, microwave, dishwasher and electric coffee maker, bathroom, separate wc.
The apartment can accommodate 6/7 people (only for you) on the seafront and of superior quality. Completely renovated in 2013, quality furniture and decoration for your comfort and pleasure, in a 3-star Pierre & Vacances residence.
Shops and transport close to the residence which is secure with caretaker, entrance with digital code, private parking in the basement (optional) and has a restaurant bar
Animation during the months of July and August at the foot of the swimming pool, deckchairs at your disposal free of charge depending on availability.
Suggested outings: the Lerins islands, aquatic and cultural parks, visit to the Croisette, sea outing, Provencal market, etc.
