My place is close to Centrally located in the Prospector Square area of Park City. Ski Resorts, Dining, Nightlife, Sundance Venues and Free Transportation are minutes away. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Walk or bus to multiple Sundance venues in minutes, Prospector, Eccles, Holiday Cinema, MARC, Yarrow.
Park City’s FREE hop on, hop off bus service picks up right outside the New Claim front entrance. Bus stop signs are near the sidewalk. Bus schedules are in the unit or download the MyStop app for your phone for real time route info.
Sundance and other Holiday periods may require a 7 night minimum.
Please note reservations cancelled before the 2nd payment are subject to the non-refundable 3% credit card processing fee imposed by the card processor.

Thanks for staying with us in Park City. I hope you enjoy your stay and get to experience all that Park City has to offer. Park City’s breath of activities, dining, shopping and nightlife are like no other.
Below is some information about the unit and area as well as contact numbers should you have any questions.

Please remove shoes when entering and use the boot trays for wet and muddy shoes. Salt and dirt is hard to clean out of the carpet.
No Pets or Smoking are allowed.
Check in
Check in time is 3pm unless otherwise arranged. This is to ensure the unit is cleaned before you arrive.
• Please close curtains for picture window at night and when you leave to conserve heat.
• The gas fireplace switch is on the left of the fireplace.
• Do NOT leave fireplace on when you leave the unit.
Check -out
Check out is at 10am on your departure date.
• Remove all items from the refrigerator. You can leave unopened items that might help out the next guest. (drinks, spices etc.)
• Remove all trash from the unit.
• Run dishwasher for any remaining dirty dishes and utensils.
• Empty humidifier if used, to dry out.
• Set each thermostat to 60 degrees.
• Lock door
• Please close curtains for the picture window to conserve heat.
Maid Service
There is no daily maid service. The unit is cleaned and supplied with fresh towels and linens. Toilet paper and paper towels are provided as well as back ups to get you going. There are 3 supermarkets on RT 224 (Smith’s, aFreshMarket and MarketPlace) that you probably passed on the way into town for additional supplies and groceries.
Gas Fireplace
• The gas fireplace switch is on the left of the fireplace.
• Do NOT leave fireplace on when you leave the unit.
Heat
Upon checkout please set EACH thermostat to 60 degrees.
Hot Tub
Hot tub is on the first floor lobby. Gate code is 2749. No glass in the hot tub area.
Bus
Park City’s FREE hop on, hop off bus service picks up right outside the New Claim front entrance. Bus stop signs are near the sidewalk. Bus schedules are in the unit or download the MyStop app for your phone for real time route info.
Garbage
Place all garbage in the dumpster in the parking lot outside the front door near the road.
Area Information and Dining
Park City has great restaurants and a great variety of cuisine for everyone. Check out the guides and pamphlets in the unit for ideas. Many restaurants do take-out and there are delivery services that pickup from most restaurants as well if you decide to stay in.

Parking
Parking is for 1 car. The main parking for New Claim is Parking Lot D. Parking spaces are NOT guaranteed in this lot. You can park in any lot that states overnight parking. If D isn’t available try F. You can also park in the underground parking across the street in the Sheraton garage (small red Circle) with your parking pass.
A Parking Pass is located in the unit, display this on your rear view mirror for your stay
LEAVE PASS ON THE COUNTER WHEN YOU LEAVE. A LOST PASS COSTS $75 TO REPLACE AND WILL COME OUT OF YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT.
The owner assumes no responsibility for charges incurred for cars that are towed or any damage to a renters automobile.
Refunds for deposits due to guest cancellation will not be refunded the 3% bank processing fee.
