5 star location, clean , nothing fancy.

Me and my son went. Fit our needs perfect. Simple, clean place and good price point. Easy quick walk to lifts. Skier tip. Walk to Eagle Lift, no lines and then ski to King Con lift. Once you take that up you are on main part of mountain with no lines.

This spot had everything I needed for a recent stay for work. Location was close to grocery and drug stores, and property management was responsive with my questions.

Great location, affordable but very dated.

We stayed here over New Years. It's in a great location and worked fine for our family of 4, as we're low maintenance. It's very dated as the other reviews have stated, it's literally never been updated since new, but it's convenient on the first floor. The only real issue we had was the bathtub was clogged up bad and the bathroom is very tiny.

Worth the price

This is dated condo but worth the price. It could use updating. But you can walk to the slopes and it has a hot tub near by. What else do you need? It was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Dated but close to slopes

The apartment was a little shabby (peeling bathroom door), very tight bathroom space, limited old wooden kitchen cabinets), but we walked to the slopes every day, the heat worked well, and the management was very responsive to concerns we expressed.

Great access to the slopes

I’ve stayed in this property before in a different unit. Exactly what I was expecting. Great location with easy and quick access to the slopes and a short walk to town. I never used my rental car after getting groceries the first day. If you are looking for a 5 star room with the newest amenities, this might not be for you. But if you are looking for a basic good clean place to stay while skiing, I highly recommend. My only complaint is the size of the toilet/shower room but it is functional.

Clean - but needs updating

This condo was clean, but unfortunately that is the only good I can say about it. The mattress needs replaced and the kitchen pans are utensils are not usable. Definitely needs replaced.

Great place for solo or couple skiers

Was a good, affordable place to stay within a short walk of the PCMR lifts. Also short walk to Fresh Market, Walgreens and bus stops for PC free transit lines. Vacasa was very responsive and helpful when I needed a new remote control and firewood. They also bought and installed a Roku device to enable streaming. Downsides of unit: no laundry, either in unit or the condo building - was an effort to do laundry offsite; no dishwasher - first time I’ve washed by hand since I was a student! TV small and not very clear display. Overall, worked just fine for me though

Great location, OLD place needs an upgrade

Great location to walk to lifts and skip the shuttle and parking situation at the mountain. Fair for the price. Speedy customer service from Vacasa was appreciated. Needs a MAJOR update. No laundry facility despite the amenities lost shows coin laundry. The pictures of the place show firewood stacked up outside….nope, you’ll have to buy it at the store and get it to the house. Got the wrong pool door code and a neighbor was nice enough to give us theirs. Had to contact Vacasa for wrong pool code, pool and hot tub opened late (4pm) one day, 1/2 of baseboard heaters don’t work. Again, needs an upgrade and TLC.

Basic condo, dirty comforter, broken hot tub

I received about 10 emails from airbnb and vacasa leading up to check in - not one email had the door code so we had to call when we arrived. They also gave us the pool code which ended up being the wrong code so I had to call them back to get the correct code. It didn't matter because the hot tub was out of service- would of been nice to know beforehand since we specifically chose this unit because of the access to the hot tub. The first thing we noticed when we walked in was several obvious stains on the comforter. We got that replaced promptly and even the guy who picked it up remarked at how obvious the stains were on the bedding. I'm not a clean freak, but that just leaves an overall disappointing feeling when you find that. The rest of the condo was fine - nothing special, very basic, could use some updating - everything feels old including the mattress/bed and tv. It feels like a high volume unit where the management company is not interested in any providing any additional accommodations, just getting the most amount of people through the door so they can collect the crazy high fees they tac on to the nightly price. After all this, we did enjoy our stay in Park City - the town is awesome, but I will not recommend this place. Vacasa was very responsive when I had to contact them for the several issues and they gave me $25/day for non working hot tub.

Get me out of the 70's appearance.

Photos for this place are VERY MIS-LEADING as the place looks well maintained and up to date and cozy, but when you arrive the place looks like it's from the 70's show,NO JOKE. Oven is very worn, heater in place is uncontrollable. Kitchen cabinets look original from 77-79 in Kelly Green and flooring is plastic lamented. Now the bathroom is VERY OUTDATED/ VERY SMALL and the shower faucets leak like a waterfall when you turn on with the Motel 8 shower head. The toilet you can barely sit down without being pinned in by the wall and bathtub as the bathroom door is rotted away at the bottom. NOW the bedroom looks old as the owners have left previous crap in the closet (Fans, Phones, etc.). Now let's talk about the Pool and hot tub or lack of. The pool is nice and heated after spending a day skiing. We tried to get into the COVERED MOTORIZED LOCKED HOT TUB but was told the owner doesn't have ACCESS to this for this property. GO FIGURE? Booked 4 nights, left early as even my son was questioning my travel planning after this. Tried to book something else cleaner and more spacious but everything was taken. In all honestly, I'll take a portion of the blame as I should have been more aware by the cost per night, and as they say, you get what you pay for. As I was there to ski, not sit around but at the end of the day, need some comfort features without reminding me of youth back in the 70's In the future, I'll be more careful booking with VBRO. Enough said. you get the picture.

Budget friendly close to the mountain. I would say that this unit is priced fairly for the location and amenities. Major problem that we had with the unit is the “heat is extremely hard to control; it is either extremely hot or extremely cold”. Also, we had to keep the door unlocked because the keypad tothe door does not work consistently. Is a problem with the brand of the door lock nothing to do with the unit.

Condo owners really should stop renting this place and do an overhaul. Needs a remodel. At the least fresh paint and a deep clean. There was an unsafe electrical setup with plugs and cables next to a baseboard heater. Dirty walls and floor. The bedroom and bed were dingy. We didn’t understand how to get the Wi-Fi working until we figured out the modem is connected to a switch on the wall. The living room window opens to a major road so not private at all. Everything is old and dingy, and not in a homey, rustic way. This place is not at all representative of the quality or value I expect from VRBO.

Nice and clean, but small place, and very comfortable. Bathroom very small, toilet is even smaller. If you’re a really big person, not sure the toilet will work. Just saying. We heard every footstep of the unit above us and people walking down the stairs. With that said, it’s not The Four Seasons, and it’s as expected. Nice place, super convenient to the mountain, which is a huge plus. With realistic expectations, this place is a solid 4.

Love at first sight!

I knew the minute we walked in the place was for us! Clean, enough space, no clutter, very cozy and warm. A short walk to the main ski lodge at Park City. Free shuttle bus stop just a short walk outside. We loved it!

It’s walking distance to the resort. The stuff left in the condo. Three fans and a gigantic vacuum and some other junk took over the closet. Those should be remove. We reserved for ten days, only one small bottle of dish soap. It’s not their policy to exchange out of towels. There is no laundry in the building. Laundromat is about 10 min drive. Bed is very uncomfortable, headboard is broken…..

Walking to the lift is a huge bonus for anyone. Being able to see part of the mountain is wonderful.
