MILLSTREAM, character holiday cottage, with a garden in Tintagel
A mile from Tintagel is the lovely wooded valley of St Nectan's Glen, and within the Glen is Halgabron Mill, where former corn mill buildings and workers' cottages have been converted to individually-designed holiday cottages.
Millstream is one such cottage, set on the banks of the millstream and with its own delightful patio. This little cottage's living area is unique, a circular studio with everything designed for utmost convenience in an open plan area. Walk through the bluebell woods, laze on the shoreline at the bottom of the valley, explore the nearby coastline, surf the waves or take a trip further afield to the Eden Project. Halgabron Mill is surrounded by 20 acres of woodland and garden, and is both beautiful and extraordinarily tranquil. Off road parking space for one car (per property). Please Note: This property is unable to accept bookings for less than 3 nights. Please note: Towels are not provided. Open plan studio accommodation with living/sleeping/kitchen and dining area with double sofa bed. Bathroom with bath, shower over and basin. Doorway leads to separate WC. Secluded patio at rear overlooking the mill stream as it tumbles past the cottage.

Coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer in communal utility room. Electricity inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. (Towels are not provided). Private sitting area and shared use of lawned garden with garden furniture and stream. Off road parking space for one car (per property). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 1 mile. Region: Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.
Town: The legends and myths of King Arthur and the Round Table are still potent in the town of Tintagel in North Cornwall – and the cliffs just beyond are dominated by the jagged ruins of King Arthur's Castle. Visitors will love the romance of this beautiful area, with its surfer seas, dramatic cliffs and hidden coves. The town itself is pretty and welcoming, with well-run pubs, restaurants and specialist shops. The South West Coast Path can be followed in both north and south directions, and northwards leads to the charming village of Boscastle after a couple of miles. Trebarwith Strand is one of a number of good beaches near Tintagel and 15 miles away is the popular surfing resort of Bude. Also within reach are such local attractions as the Camel Estuary, the Eden Project and Bodmin Moor, which has a unique atmosphere and one of Britain's spookiest pubs – the Jamaica Inn.
