This charming townhouse, perfect for 6 people, invites you to enjoy a bright and spacious living area, designed for comfort and togetherness. The living room, facing due west, opens directly onto a beautiful terrace, while the dining area and the fully equipped modern kitchen blend harmoniously into an open-concept layout, perfect for relaxation and socializing.
- On the first floor, you’ll find an elegant master suite with a queen-size bed, complete with a private bathroom with a toilet, a large walk-in closet, and a study furnished with a sofa. A second bathroom, along with a separate toilet, complete this floor, offering both comfort and convenience.
- Upstairs, you’ll be charmed by an additional bedroom and a spacious loft, which includes a double bed in the area open to the living room. Two 90-cm single beds are also set up in an alcove, providing an ideal space for children or guests.
- Outside, you’ll find a superb terrace with a dining area under a bioclimatic pergola and a comfortable lounge area next to a 2 x 5-meter pool. This outdoor space invites you to enjoy moments of relaxation and togetherness. The pool is equipped with an alarm to ensure everyone’s safety.

A completely separate apartment, located next to the villa and featuring a private entrance, is occasionally used by the family. Your privacy is fully respected; no spaces are shared. You’ll also be able to park easily on the property, ensuring convenient and secure access.
