- Direct entrance into the living room with a dining area (table and chairs) and lounge area (TV, corner sofa: 2-person bed, blanket) opening onto a south-facing terrace, extended by a private enclosed garden (garden furniture)
- Open-plan and fully equipped kitchen (3-ring hob, microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher) opening onto the terrace
