Very bright and welcoming 30 m² apartment in Arzon that has 1 bedroom and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has a 6 m² terrace overlooking the port, a television (TV changed in 2023) and a parking space secured by a barrier. The American kitchen is equipped with a combined microwave, induction stovetops, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. Located on the 2nd floor of the Residence “Les Argonautes”, at the foot of the port of Crouesty and all shops, bakeries and restaurants within walking distance, this rental is located at:

appartement inconfortable avec table de terrasse très vétuste et sans nappe ,Sanitaires hors d'âge; pas de mitigeurs et douche très petite ,sans porte serviette; lit trop grand par rapport à la chambre sans possibilité de fermer la porte ;Absence de penderie sauf 4 porte manteaux dans le placard à balais.appartement non justifié pour 5 personnes.

Confort sommaire, basique. Location chère compte tenu des manques dans l'équipement des base

J'avais loué par Abritel et nous avons été récupérés par HOOMY. Si la personne qui nous a accueillis était très à l'écoute, en revanche, l'appartement manquait de beaucoup de choses ! Exemples : Seulement 2 chaises sur le balcon; Pas de planche à découper Ni nappes ni sets de table La cafetière électrique ne fonctionnait pas Ni cuvette ou bassine pour lessive à la main (il n'y a pas de lave-linge) Peu de vaisselle, 3 tasses à café mais pas de soucoupes. Pas de rideaux aux fenêtres La liste est longue! C'était la première fois que je louais par Abritel (conseillée par un ami d'Arzon), mais ce sera la dernière ! Surtout avec l'intermédiaire HOOMY (ce qui augmente le prix de la location! Je préfère les Gîtes de France, meilleur rapport qualité/prix (nous louons en août une longère, avec jardin, wifi, très bien équipée en bord de mer, Morbihan pour 800 euros la semaine!)
