Located in the center of the village of St. Nazaire-sur-Charente, you’ll enjoy the convenience of having all local shops just a 2-minute walk away, while still enjoying complete peace and quiet within the property’s 6,500 m² of lush greenery.

On the first floor, a large open space combines a newly equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed that sleeps two, a bathroom with a toilet; upstairs, there are two large bedrooms—one with a 160x200 cm bed and two 90x200 cm or 180x200 cm beds—and a second bathroom with a toilet. The entire space is very comfortable and practical. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price.

The cottage has a private garden, and you’ll walk through the park to reach the pool—open during the summer season—with its lawn and sun deck.

Parking for one vehicle is available on the property.

The region offers a wide variety of activities; the sea is nearby with its string of islands—Oléron, Ré, Madame, Aix, and Fort Boyard—as well as the historic spa town of Rochefort and the casino in Fouras.
There are many opportunities for walks and hikes, as well as bike rides, in the nature reserves, along the Charente River, or by the sea.

Getting here is just as easy by car as it is by train; the Rochefort train station is 20 minutes away, and the bus line serving both the station and the thermal baths stops right in front of the house.
