Group of apartments - Large Capacity in the countryside

Housing complex, between 50 m² and 105 m², renovated with taste, comfort and authenticity. The accommodation is grouped around a main house that can accommodate between 1 and more than 30 people. The place is located in the countryside of the land of the blue stone. This set of dwellings is grouped together in an old castle farmhouse, dating from 1702.
Depending on the number of people, your needs and availability, we will offer to book the individual or combined accommodations often offered around a house with 5 bedrooms, large living room, dining room and large equipped kitchen.
The rooms are designed for 2 people and the beds can be separated, if required. Bed linen and towels are freshly provided by ourselves.
A garden surrounds the entire property and the parking is private, large and secure. The wifi is high-speed.
We respond to any request and will adapt our offer according to your needs.

Lovely country stay

The lodging was spacious, comfortable and clean. Check in and out were very easy. The host responded quickly to all communication. We enjoyed the country location while still being close to the places we wanted to visit.

Ein trockenes Dach war alles!!!

Check in problemlos. Kontakt mit Vermieter, bei Problemen miserabel / garnicht . Wir hatten Über unseren ganzen Aufenthalt (3 Tage) kein Tropfen warmes Wasser, Also Dusche etc. unmöglich. Trotz mehrerer Versuche( nur via Email kontaktierbar), den Vermieter darüber in Kenntnis zu setzen, kam null Antwort! Bis heute nicht! Die Bilder der Unterkunft, entsprachen nicht der Wirklichkeit. Es fehlten das Zimmer mit der Holzvertäfelung und das aller wichtigste, dass Wohnzimmer wo nur ein Esstisch stand, statt wie abgebildet eine komplette Couch Garnitur. Der so genannte Garten, war nur Über Umwege zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war für 14 Personen ausgeschrieben, bat aber nur für 10 pers. Platz zum schlafen. Diese Unterkunft sieht uns kein zweites Mal! PS: die Küche ist gut, aber die angeblich vorhandene Spülmaschine haben wir vergebens gesucht. Die alten Kissen und Decken( Blut flecke und vergilbt) werden durch saubere Bettwäsche gut kaschiert!

We huurden met een groep van 16 personen 2 accomodaties (10 & 6 personen). Huisjes waren goed voorzien om zelf te koken: voldoende frigo ruimte, potten en pannen, etc. Propere badkamers & goede bedden! Zéker een aanrader!

Een zeer teleurstellend verblijf en zeer slechte service van Vrbo

Wij zijn verbijsterd over zowel deze accommodatie als de service van Vrbo. We hebben 2 appartementen gehuurd voor een groep van 16 personen. De accommodatie was vuil, onveilig en niet toegerust voor een grote groep. Stofvlokken, spinnenwebben, vieze muren, vuile vloeren, een vettige naar frituur stinkende keuken, een verstopt rookkanaal van de open haard waardoor binnen een paar minuten het hele huis vol rook stond, een niet aangesloten afzuigkap, volstrekt onvoldoende servies en vaatwerk. Ook was het grote huis niet sfeervol, er is geen sfeerverlichting, de zitkamer is een kale ongezellige ruimte. De woning staat al met al in geen verhouding tot het enorme bedrag dat je hiervoor betaalt! Erger nog is dat de beheerder, én het bijbehorende hotel Le Manoir du Capitaine gewoonweg niet reageren op al onze pogingen om hierover in gesprek te komen, niet tijdens ons verblijf daar, en ook niet in allerlei pogingen naderhand. Dit terwijl er voorafgaand aan de boeking wél werd gereageerd op onze vragen... Vervolgens is ons ook duidelijk geworden dat je helemaal niets aan Vrbo hebt, het enige dat zij doen is je klachten doorspelen naar de beheerder van de woning, die ook op de pogingen van Vrbo op geen enkele wijze reageert. En daar blijft het dan dus bij: Vrbo biedt verder geen enkele service of garantie. Als de beheerder zich stoïcijns in stilzwijgen hult, komt hij daar dus gewoon mee weg! Wij zullen niet meer via Vrbo boeken, het enige dat zij doen is een vette provisie opstrijken en verder moet je het zelf maar uitzoeken...
