This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one children's twin, as well as a wet room. The cottage also has a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. Beefs Park Farm Annexe is conveniently situated for sandy beaches, seaside resorts and countryside walks.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, CD/radio, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2.7 miles. Beach 2 miles. Note: Although all ground floor, there are steps up to the cottage entrance, may be unsuitable for less mobile. Note: Max. 2 adults and 2 children.

Ruhig und erholsam mit neugierigen und zutraulichen Hennen "im Ruhestand". Sehr nette und ggf. hilfsbereite Vermieter. Marros Beach schwerer zugänglich als andere Strände, aber lohnenswert samt versteinertem Wald und Wrack von 1886.
